they say 24 hr front desk. but when I went to there 9pm owner close the doors. really f* place.

Please note that the bathroom is shared with another room (and located outside in the hall). However it does not affect the cleanliness and quality of the stay. Overall very worth it for the price and location. Walking to the lake is just 10 minutes, and right outside of the hotel there are many many eateries, desserts, cafes... The room itself is extremely spacious, just that the wall is thin. The staffs are very helpful and supportive, even after you check out.

There are salons, spa, cafe and restaurants nearby. The homestay is also a travel agency. You can sign up with them if you would like to go for various tour in Vietnam.

It is a really cosy place, good rooms, perfect location, rooms have shared bathroom, but it is not a problem. Tha stuff js super helpfull. Fully recommend staying here, very good price-worth ratio.

The stay was alright. Staff was nice and helpful. However the bathroom was a shared one and that was my deal breaker.

For an unpretentious traveler. Location 10 minutes from the train station. On foot. All attractions within a radius of 1.6 km. Walked. The hotel is modest, but it will do for an overnight stay. Takeaway or outdoor food. No insects. Taxi or excursion services are available. The manager is a nice woman.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the bus stop for bus 86. It is very convenient to get from the airport. There are many cafes nearby, and it is not far to the sights. The hotel itself is tired, but overall I can't say anything bad. Our room was on the very top floor, and if we had suitcases, it would have been very problematic to go up. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the top. The faucet in the sink in the room was broken, and it was inconvenient to use, water splashed in all directions, and it is simply not safe, because you could cut your hands with it. The bed is very hard, but we were tired, but we still slept well. There was hot water, everything is ok with that. Slippers for the room, although used, were there. We did not use the air conditioner and fan, because the temperature was comfortable. There was a tap with drinking water at the reception. The doors to the room look very flimsy and unreliable, there is no feeling of safety. But overall, for the money, the hotel is normal.

The hotel is located in a very nice civilized area. It's a 15-minute walk to the old town. The room is cozy, it had a heater, which was very appropriate in December. The toilet is shared and it is not cleaned very often, in the morning there were traces of the neighbor on the toilet, it's not very nice. Otherwise, the room itself is great, everything was great. The girl at the reception was friendly.
