Amazing service from front counter, helped me in ski resort introduction and tips for traffic there. They are always professional with big smile. I enjoyed 3 ski courses from this hotel, which could be a great location to ski areas in the east of Nagano prefecture.

Good hotel at a really decent price point, the only thing is the location there is nothing much to do in Nakano itself but it is very close to the train station, and I think a lot of people staying there had cars. They have different style rooms, the first room I stayed in had a coffee table which I couldn't use for computer work, but then moved to a different room later which had a proper work table which was much better. Also has an onsen which was also nice. Breakfast buffet quite decent, would just request that more vegan options be available.

The room is roomy and clean with all the little details that were given attention to. Wish there is a grab bar at the tub for safety but overall is excellent. Thanks for holding out luggages while we visited the monkey park. I was so excited to share out friends the pictures of the hotel. The bedding is super comfortable. Such a comfortable stay! good location with recent renovation wonderful experience

Stayed for a night for skiing. Service staff were very helpful in being patient and answering our 5 million questions. Room was good, nothing fancy. Public onsen was available for guests too. Free coffee at the lobby!

The room was very cozy and clean. It was enough space for 1. Breakfast was delicious. The location is convenient to use the metro. Hot spring area was spacious and pleasant to stay in.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right next to the station! The room space is quite large, there is a sofa where you can have late night snacks, and the breakfast has a lot of variety! recommend!

I found the bad manners of the customers who seemed to be Chinese and the loud voices they spoke to very unpleasant. The manners of the staff were very good.

Remember to search the official website price before booking this hotel. When I checked in, the front desk thought it was a temporary stay, and the price I booked on site was much cheaper than the price after Ctrip increased its price on New Year's Day. It also included breakfast.
