I was in gili islands when storms started and I’m couldn’t back and ask about cancellation from trip com because the weather conditions I’m couldn’t back The support was writing hotel No feedback No cancellations No answer I was writing them too They said oh we just saw your message So I’m not recommending that hotel

The room not clean and my room have fan not AC I didn’t even want to stay even one night have to collect a lot of things

I have stayed here many times, so I know the staff. Just a little bit disappointed when the last order was given the end room and the twin. The bathroom needs attention, sorry for the smell so it's not comfortable to relax. For a strategic location, if you want to go to Kuta beach, you have to walk

I think the room is nice and clean but the location is too narrow for cars to get in and out

Always love Segara Shadu, and if you book via trip.com you can get it cheap.
