We had a fabulous time, very secluded and very private. The staff was amazing and breakfast had a lot of option and you could order as luchvas you want. Totally recommended we will be back for sure.

Located in the national park, you can upgrade to a mangrove hut for an extra fee. It's nice to listen to the waves at night and go to the sea at low tide in the morning. Suggestion: If you are not driving yourself, make an appointment for transportation outside in advance. After all, it is too expensive to use the hotel's car to leave the park. There is no online car-hailing service, and there is no other way to take a taxi.

The hotel is located in West Bali National Park, very quiet and full of wildness. The hotel is surrounded by woods, suitable for walking and mountain biking. It is very convenient to go to Menjangan Island for snorkeling. It only takes more than ten minutes to get from the hotel pier to Menjangan Island by speedboat. We booked this hotel for this purpose and went there twice. But the transportation is inconvenient, and you can't get a taxi. Basically, you can only eat in the hotel. If you want to go out, you can ask the hotel to help you arrange a car, but there is actually nothing to go out. There are some restaurants and convenience stores in the Pamderan area, which is closer but also almost half an hour's drive. I don't want to go there again after going there once. The hotel staff is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. If you like to rest quietly, this is a very good choice. There are many mosquitoes and the bathroom is open-air, and I was bitten all over my body.

I really love Plataran Menjangan. It's a fantastic place to enjoy nature as it is, and the staff were friendly and made me feel good. It's a place I want to visit again.

A great hotel with an invincible view, a huge infinity pool, a great diving and kayaking experience, and perfect service. I hope I can stay here for a few more days next time.

The private pool is small, the service is good, the snorkeling is good and fun.

From Jakarta, we rent a car and drove 4.5hrs from airport to Plataran menjangan and served with beautiful scene on the road (choose Gilimanuk for your destination and later change to Plataran). It took another 10mins++ to enter the villa feom the mai road with the green, healthy vegetation forest before entering main lobby. the staff was super kind and very helpful during my stays. we stay in both Ocean front pool villa and Forest villa to feel the different and overall its nice. the good thing of having 2 booking code you will have double inclusion package during the stay..this is really benefit for us. must go to Menjangan Island for snorkling - its super nice unseen world for the kids. clear water and variety of fish. and the wild deers and monkey all over the place..so nice. stay here for min 2-3 days and feel the serenity and sound of nature which really heal your soul, certainly we will come back again in the future.

This resort offers the ultimate getaway for families who want to escape the city's crowds and noise. We were surrounded by fresh air, clear blue skies, and the constant sounds of nature. The staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming. Our children also loved the hotel's activities, such as biking, snorkeling, and the kids' games organized by the resort. The sight of wild monkeys and deer freely roaming nearby was an added delight. The journey, though long, was absolutely worth every bit of it.

We have just left the hotel after 2 days stay on our honeymoon - and could not have had a more delightful stay. It is gorgeous !! The staff are so friendly & helpful, the food was delicious & the snorkelling was amazing - swimming in such close proximity with the green turtles. There is a spectacular infinity pool with glorious sea views and monkeys & deer all around us. And they have planted a tree in our name So, all in all, just magical.

Its new experience for us, have interaction with menjangan and monkeys at the same area, villa are very clean, nice and no mosquitoes at all. Only complain swimming pool not really clean. All staff are very helpful and welcomes, actually this is beyond my expectations Thank you very much for good memories staying at Plataran Menjangan.

Getting to this part of Bali from the Denpasar area is a serious trek, so be prepared for at least five hours in the car. We came largely to dive Menjangan Island and Pemuteran with Sea Rovers, so perhaps did not do the resort justice, as we did no trekking, jungle walks, etc., but stuck to diving. Our mangrove villa was really comfortable, and I loved my mornings watching the sun rise from the spacious deck. A few touches I liked: decent Bluetooth Bose speaker through which we could play music; fridge and bar sink next to the dining table. Food was good, particularly the Indonesian dishes. The bathroom was large, though had some glitches: the sink faucet dribbled and pooled on the floor, and the doors going in and out were awkward. Service was uniformly kind and attentive. We really enjoyed our massages at the very attractive spa. Be aware that the resort is spread over a large area, and that the "road" in and out is more like a land-mined trail. The resort provides buggy service that you summon with a WhatsApp text, which I found convenient. Indeed, all service (food, buggy, spa) is done via WhatsApp or by phone. I would say this resort is best for folks who love nature but want service and comfort. I know many have complained of the monkeys, to which I add they are odious! Aggressive and quite unpleasant. But the deer are lovely and it was always a pleasure to see them. It's quite an impressive resort considering how truly remote it is!
