Location was hard to find the staff were A+ food was average......

Good view

The view on the lake is nice and the rooms are quite large. Breakfast is average. Not bad. The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms are way below acceptable. The worst part was eating their chicken which caused me to skip sleep and spend the night on the toilet with diarrhea instead. When adressing this not so mild issue rhe next day. The guy at the reception offered his polite apologies. The IDR 40.000 for the chicken had to paid however. Rotten or not did not matter for that part. It did not even seem to enter his mind.

Everything from the welcome to the farewell was wonderful! The people who work at this hotel made our stay truly magical. They are responsive, kind, and always ready to help. I’m very glad we chose this hotel. We also climbed the volcano, and our guide from the hotel was simply amazing

Some lovely views and a nice pool to chill around, but the breakfast is pretty basic. Be ready to fight off the flies when do eat, but this seems to be the thing around the lake and can’t be helped.

Nice location. Bit of a drive to get there, but not too bad. You will miss the turn-off to the Villa, if you're not mindful.

Breakfast service is terrible, I ordered juice without sugar but they delivered everything with sugar. They said they would make a new one, but when I checked out the juice still hadn't arrived. When delivering breakfast food to the room, it was not covered, so flies could easily land on the food. The sofa fabric in the living room was torn and still in use. The stairs to the villa were very many and the steps were high, it was a bit difficult for the elderly. The road to the villa was very small and only fit 1 small car. Can't squeeze in

The staff are friendly and fast response, the location is too steep when entering the villa, the rooms are clean, the view is cool of the mountains and Lake Batur.

This hotel is relatively remote. If you don’t know how to ride a motorcycle, it is recommended not to choose it. You should also be careful when riding a motorcycle. The road is very bumpy. The employees inside seem to be kind, but if you make a mistake and cause you to lose money, you will not do anything wrong. Admittedly, another disadvantage is that flies are flying all over the sky. You must be mentally strong to endure this.

For customers from outside Bali, the most important thing is that the access to the villa is a bit steep and the road is a bit up and down, you need a good and small car, don't use a big car, it's a bit difficult The view of this hotel is the best in Jempana and the rooms are the biggest and for me, this location is suitable for couples only if the family is a bit small and likes traveling because the access road to get in and out is a bit steep so going in and out will be lazy Overall it's ok and can be tried for couples who want peace

The hotel is on a mountain, and the location is a bit hidden. If you are not careful, you will drive on the wrong road. But it does not affect the enthusiasm of the service staff. The room is tidy and it is a very good experience.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful and quiet. The room is very clean, but the decoration is relatively simple. The floor is made of tiles. It is very cold to walk on the mountain without wearing shoes. It would be great if the floor can be replaced. There is a kitchen to cook. It is very close to Batur Volcano, you can contact the hotel to arrange volcano climbing. The climate is dry and comfortable, and the nights are cool. During the day, clothes can be dried in a few hours after the sun comes out. It is worth noting that the road to the hotel is super difficult, and it is definitely a challenge for drivers who drive!

The view is very nice and the staff is very friendly, welcome. What a great holiday.
