Amazing
PPoh SingVery good counter service . Our original booking was city view , we requested and the lady is happily upgraded us to River view, it was such a wonderful experience. Breakfast is good. Sadly it’s was a holiday in Malaysia when we were there, so restaurant is packed with people. Today I managed to use their gym., it was excellent, gym is well equipped with all the necessary equipments. Will definitely come back again next time .

Room was spacious and clean. Nice and spacious bathroom with plenty of clean towels and amenities.
Breakfast buffet spread was nice and varied. The curries available were all delicious and the roti jalal was a huge hit! Must try!

NNg iceI was a little scared at first because of some of the reviews. Although this hotel is quite old, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It even had an air purifier. The staff was also very nice and the service was excellent.thank you.

GGuest UserThe hotel was under major renovation during my stay, so the first day check-in was at level 21. It was a bit confusing at first since my Grab driver dropped me at the side entrance, I had to go through the mall, carry my heavy luggage up one flight of stairs, and then take the lift to level 21.
By the next day, the new main lobby was open, and I must say it looks very modern and welcoming! There was still a slight smell lingering and, strangely, quite a lot of flies around, but overall it’s a big improvement.
The room itself felt a little old and dated. The corridor had a mild moldy smell, and while the room was generally clean, there was some dust in the corners. Hopefully, room renovations will follow soon.
The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. Every single person I encountered was attentive, helpful, and easygoing, just like the wonderful local people I met in Kuching. With updated rooms to match their excellent service, this place would be perfect.

Jjct268Generally very good stay. Will stay again. It's good value for money. Aircon is cold enough. Bedding clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok - nice kolo mee. The grounds are very well kept - pls see photo. There are a no of necessary improvements though 1. Housekeeping not great - body finished but not refilled. Had to ring but already shampooed. 2. Bathtub ceiling too low. I'm 1.78 m and had to crouch to shower 3. Low water pressure 4. Breakfast pastries hard and dry

AAnonymous UserFor those who may not know, the lobby is located on level 2 and is accessible by lift. The room I stayed in was very spacious; however, the cleanliness could be improved, as there were stains on the white duvet cover. I was on the 10th floor, and it was quiet at night, despite being in the city center. A water purifier is available along the corridor, and cooking utensils are provided, so you can prepare your own meals if you'd like. The Spring Shopping Mall is just opposite the hotel and can be easily accessed via a skybridge.

Hotel room given was rather small. Although there were power points but it cannot fit the size of my plug so I had to use the only power point behind the TV. Chair was tall, table a bit low so a bit difficult to sit but I still use it nevertheless. One night was itching all over and had house cleaning to change the bedsheets. While the staff was changing, I realise the mattress protector was quite dirty. I m glad they responded quickly and change it. Was a pleasant sleep without itch after that. House keeping was very fast n helpful to attend to our needs. Generally it is a very nice place to stay despite some mentioned issues.

YY-n03D2N Stay at UCSI Hotel Kuching – A Comfortable & Convenient Getaway
We recently stayed at UCSI Hotel Kuching for a short 3D2N getaway and had a great overall experience. The hotel is located near the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching, which was super convenient, especially since we were driving. There’s ample parking, and getting to Kuching town only took us about 15–20 minutes by car.
The Room & Facilities:
Our room was clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the cozy bed, strong air-conditioning, and good Wi-Fi. The hotel also has a nice rooftop pool and gym that add a touch of luxury to the stay.

IIdda FatinUnfortunately, the photos on the site didn’t match our expectations. As a first timer booking here, it wasn’t so good. This one room suite is fine for a 1 night stay but it is very small/tight to move. In the details there’s stated dining room/washing machine but the room was super tiny that the original facilities are already packed. Wifi didn’t work the whole night. The staff was quick to check but after that it still didn’t work so end up having to buy data to do work which was the reason for staying the night. The room was a bit dusty when i came too. There is no free parking for 1 night stay as told when checking in, so limited access card given (no access to parking space). Would probably not book this type of room again next time. A bit too below expectation. Would definitely ask more questions before booking next time, cannot trust photos given blindly.
