Hilton’s location is right smack but they lack cleanliness as shown in the photos, the dust on the top of the bed frame and wardrobe that doesn’t close properly. The breakfast areas in the mornings are also packed with people with not enough spaces to seat. Having been to hotels where they are sufficiently staffed, they could have split tables enabling single guests to seat but the hotel was just unable to cope with the breakfast crowd.

Sedap sangat 😘 Rooms are consistently praised for being spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable, with many guests noting the high quality of amenities and the impressive city views, especially from upgraded suites. The breakfast buffet at the ground-floor Nomadic restaurant receives strong marks for its wide variety of local and international dishes, including standout options like Sarawak laksa, though some guests feel the spread leans more toward quantity than consistent quality. One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its staff, who are widely described as friendly, helpful, and efficient, making guests feel welcome throughout their stay. Okay. My stay was for 7 days and 6 nights. The only issue was that the TV wasn't set up, and we only got it working on the 4th day. The laundry soap wasn't refilled either, which wasn't enough for our 7-day stay. Overall, it was okay.

My stay was disappointing. The room was very hot when I arrived and remained uncomfortable, definitely not ideal in warm weather. The surroundings and ventilation need improvement. The toilet was dirty, and the sliding door did not close properly it hung awkwardly over the rim. I have to do it myself to make it inside the rim so it can slide better. Breakfast was okay only and not attractive. They mentioned a tablet would be provided, but it wasn’t. Also, no one answered the contact number for inquiries. I expected much better for the price. Overall, this place is only for Instagrammable.

It was a beautiful experience. Our stay in Pullman Kuching is fun. The room is so comfortable and clean. We were surprised because my requests were granted and we were able to celebrate a late birthday celebration for my cousin. Also, the city view from our room is so beautiful and we can see the sunrise. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers a very comfortable environment. The rooms are neat and clean, with excellent natural light and soundproofing. The public areas are warmly designed, and the greenery and atmosphere create a relaxing and pleasant vibe. It's an ideal place to stay for business trips or leisure travel. I was very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend it!

Great location and views! The room was a bit dated though. The air conditioner's outdoor unit was right on the balcony, which was handy for drying clothes, but it made a bit of noise at night. There were no complimentary toothbrushes, but you could get two for free at the front desk. The phone was broken, and the towels were a brownish-red color, so it was hard to tell if they were clean or dirty.

I love staying at this hotel because it's very convenient, and the bed is really comfortable. The room is cozy, and overall it's a comfortable place to stay. The staff are generally friendly and polite. However, the service could be much more efficient. I requested tissues but never received them, and when I asked for towels, they either didn't arrive or I was given torn, worn-out towels. There was also a leaking ceiling in my room, but no action was taken despite reporting it. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and has great potential because of its location and cozy rooms. With improvements in service speed and maintenance, it would be an even better place to stay.

I really enjoyed how spacious the apartment was, making it perfect for a family stay. The location is excellent—being directly connected to Boulevard Shopping Mall made shopping and dining incredibly easy. The facilities, particularly the pool and gym, were well-maintained and a great bonus. The service was polite and check-in was smooth. It’s a comfortable, practical choice for a stay in Kuching.

The location is still ok because there is a mall so if you want to eat or buy things you are still happy, but if you want to go to the waterfront, it takes 25 minutes, in front of the apartment there is also an everise, but yesterday we ordered the 2 bedroom one, 13th floor, the funny thing is that the wifi we use is the hotel wifi so it's a bit slow, there's no soap in the room, he said Sinad, it's just not available, finally he was told to deliver it, there wasn't even an iron, when I checked out I asked, he said he wanted to chat then it would be delivered hadeh🤧, even though when he arrived there was no response to the chat, it was annoying Plus, if you want to use the washing machine, you have to rent it for 35 RM a night👎, that should be the facility we get when we rent an apartment, I live in another apartment, even though the washing machine isn't in the room, it's kept downstairs, if we use it, it's free. Why do you have to pay for this? , 200 rm deposit, 37 rm in cash, they said it was clean, the apartment wasn't the same, don't know, other floors, other owners, the same or not
