Very friendly welcome. Good location near the border. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, clean bed linen and towels. However, the walls in the room were very dirty and needed to be painted.

The hotel is not very clean. It's extremely dirty. The shower pressure is not only weak, but water leaks out the side from the connection. And there's no elevator, and carrying a large backpack on the 6th floor is no easy feat. Just going down and back up is incredibly tiring. I can't give it a good rating.

It's cheap, so it can't be helped, but there's no elevator and the stairs up to the sixth floor are a bit steep. Although it is a family hotel, it has a tropical feel because of the palm trees and small balcony outside the window. The owner is enthusiastic and answers all questions. It is on the main road and is easy to find. Facing the river, on the opposite side is Vietnam. Just a short walk to the port and food court. Hygiene is also good, but there are too few rolling papers.
