Hyatt Regency Baku Reviews

Hotel is clean and typical hyatt regency in upscale area. Not much around, can walk to supermarket and parks but sights will be a drive. Limited selection at 1F breakfast and club floor when dinner is served, but its good enough for business travellers. The gym is actually upscale private gym that hotel guests can use. You can tell from the cars parked. And has juice bar.

Very decent hotel, very great & helpful staff. They even have shuttle to iconic tourist areas which I thought was amazing.

Very nice staffs at reception, met different faces during my stay but all my needs are well taken care of. Great job front desk team! Room is spacious, location is a bit far from tourist attractions, but has supermarket within walking distance, also a shuttle bus can be booked to go to old town. Breakfast is not good as Intercontinental, very little choices so didn't eat there.

The hotel is on the most beautiful street of the city. The hotel facilities were nice with its cleanliness. I can say that the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Murat helped us a lot. Thank you Hyatt family.

The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and the room is clean and tidy. Although the decoration is a bit old, it does not affect the stay experience. I arrived at the hotel early and paid a small fee to arrange early check-in. For passengers who have just flown for nearly 9 hours and arrived early in the morning, it is simply great. The receptionist at the door will take the initiative to help you with your luggage, which is a plus

Hyatt Regency hotel has a very good location from where you can travel to multiple locations in Baku. Indian restaurants are nearby and so is Nizami street as well. The hotel team is very spt and helpful whether it was at the checkin, coffee shop Mezo or the housekeeping team. The room sizes are pretty good and spacious. In all a wonderful experience . Will surely recommend to stay here.

We had an incredible stay thanks to the outstanding team at the hotel. Ibrahim the bellboy was so welcoming, and Sabina and Ilkin at the front desk were super helpful throughout our visit. A huge shoutout to the restaurant team – Nicat, Zaur, Fidan, Samara, Fatima, and Jale – for their friendly service and positive energy. And the chefs were absolutely amazing! Every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. Truly a fantastic experience – we’ll definitely be back!

I stayed at this hotel in early May and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. On a positive note, I was grateful to be granted an early check-in and I request extra pillows, and ended up with 13 on my bed However, that was one of the few highlights of my stay. When I went to the lounge, I was told I wasn’t on the list and was turned away—despite the fact that I actually was listed. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the mistake, just an awkward and dismissive stare from the staff member. The next morning, a female staff member approached me during breakfast to comment on my outfit—a simple white top that covered both my chest and stomach, with only my shoulder exposed. I was told not to wear it again. When I asked to see the dress code, I was met with silence and a disapproving glare
