My reservation stander room hotel manager give me very small room 18sm room instead of 22sm I reserve . Staff rude Cleanses is zero Manager refuse to check me out or to change the room. Pls refund my my money.

Vary bad room with bad smell in bathroom. Delayed in service to room. Breakfast too very poor. Totally uncomfortable and we move to other hotel through ***********. Upset toooooo much 🙂↕️

The hotel can be described as fraudulent. They gave me a room different from the one I booked and told me that they didn't have the room type I booked! After several arguments, they changed their words and said that the room type I booked could not be checked in today due to technical problems! They seemed to upgrade me to a king-size room, but the room type was the same. 1. The room is extremely narrow, with almost no windows, and the square meters are definitely reduced! 2. The mattress is so creaky and hard that no one picks it up when you throw it in the trash! 3. The sheets are old and yellow, like a piece of paper! 4. The towels are black and hard! 5. There is almost no sound insulation. I was awakened by the sound of people talking in the corridor at night, and the sound of doors closing was loud! 6. The shower can be described as dripping, and there is no water at all! 7. The toilet feels like it is about to fall apart, and the size does not match! 8. The pillows are all pilling and are still being used! 9. The male waiter with a beard at the front desk can't even stand up when talking, and his butt is nailed to the chair! 10. There are bugs crawling on the wall when putting the luggage! 12. The door lock of the room is extremely difficult to open, and you have to use a lot of strength to open it by chance! 11. I checked in once in the morning, and I checked in again in the afternoon! 12. I left early and they confirmed that they would prepare breakfast for me, but no one knew about it the next day! I have never stayed in such a bad hotel! Very bad in every aspect! I don't like it at all! I suggest closing it!
