Average hotel,,great location,,,no lift,,,housekeeping wasn’t there to clean everyday,,,out of 6 days,,only the 1st day they did clean the room,,,breakfast was average and same everyday

It's a small hotel. After checking in, I was shocked when I entered the room. The mineral water bottle that the previous person had drunk was placed on the refrigerator, and the used bath towel was placed on the bed. The room smelled moldy. After I reported the situation, I was reluctantly given another room.

The hotel is near the pedestrian street in the center of Baku. The surrounding is very lively. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Maiden Tower and the Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the cable car station. The breakfast is normal, the front desk staff are enthusiastic, and English communication is barrier-free.

Found it to be a 1 star hotel on Google Maps. The location is great. But the carpet is old. Sound insulation is not good. Stayed for two nights. Don't stay on the 2nd floor, music is played downstairs at night. It won't stop until 11 o'clock. The breakfast lady was very nice. On the first day, I arrived early, and the guy at the front desk asked me if I had paid to check in early. I just kept my luggage and came to check in in the afternoon. There are many hotels nearby. This place is overall OK. The advantage is that there is a lot of space. Don’t expect too much for the price of around 200 yuan.

After traveling in Italy for 23 days, I stopped over in Baku for one day. It was my first time to set foot on the land of Azerbaijan. My good impression of Azerbaijan was ruined by this hotel, which made me feel bad in the morning. The boss's attitude was very bad. If you check in at 2 o'clock, you must arrive at the hotel at 2 o'clock, not even a minute earlier. This was the first time in more than ten years of travel that I encountered a situation where you cannot sit in the public area at the front desk for more than 30 minutes before checking in. The boss meant that I only bought the right to use the hotel from 2 o'clock to check out the next day. He said that they are a small hotel and this is their rule. Locals and guests from other countries can check in earlier. Although his attitude improved after the argument, maybe he was afraid that I would give a bad review, but I still wrote it down realistically. If you don't want to have a bad time, choose this hotel carefully. I will go to Azerbaijan again but I will not stay here again.

The location is good. It's not far from the beach and next to the commercial street. There is no elevator. The younger receptionist is very good. You can go upstairs with a suitcase in one hand. The older receptionist is too serious.

The service staff is very enthusiastic. It would be better if the facilities were updated. .

The location is very good, a few hundred meters from the subway station, more than 100 meters from the National History Museum, and not far from the Seaside Boulevard. The room is quite large, the carpet is a bit old, and there is no kettle, so I went to the kitchen on the third floor to boil it myself.

The bathroom is disgusting, the drain smells, the room smells of damp. When the wind blows, a disgusting smell comes into the room. We smelled the room but it did not suppress it. The water was cut off in the area, although every business was informed, the hotel management did not inform them, they continued as if making fun of us, saying they will not come for 2 days, there is nothing they can do. I am not even talking about the lack of sound insulation. The sullenness of the people, and the lack of anyone you can communicate with, are on top of that. We chose it for its location but it was unbearable.

Hello. To my deep regret, we were not able to stay at this hotel. Due to the cancellation of the AZAL flight, we were not able to get to the hotel on the day of arrival and were not able to enjoy the views of beautiful Baku. Although the reservation was non-cancellable, we really hoped for a refund. (The hotel was paid in full from 12/28/2024 to 01/02/2025) The New Year was very overshadowed. The reservation was made through TRIP.COM. To our request for a refund, the aggregator replied that the hotel administration refused to enter into the situation and the reservation with a refund would not be canceled. The airline canceled the flight a day before and, of course, we could not get to the hotel in such a short time. This is how the New Year turned out. Special thanks to AZAL, they returned the money for non-refundable tickets within 3 days.

I read good reviews and came. On Sunday you can't get to the hotel, the roads are closed, it's about 150 meters to walk, but keep that in mind if you have suitcases. There is no elevator either, so be prepared. Everything else seems to be fine for a 3-star hotel. But, all night until 3 o'clock there was club music playing downstairs, and you can't hear it in the hallway or from the street, but you can't sleep in the room... Overall, the impression was spoiled, I couldn't get enough sleep for an early flight...
