來白山三次都住你家，這次入住簡直了，太失望了，一打開被子，沒有換新的，枕頭上有頭髮，被裡還有彎曲毛，被子上還有住過的褶皺，因為我自己帶了，就沒有找你們換，吹風機還在走廊，真無語，以後不會再來了，大差評！！！！！

酒店位置好就裝修房間明亮乾淨整潔在白山首選，特別是前台美女超級喜歡熱情服務好還問行李多不多幫我年行李趕上十一長假本想住一天還是住多一天老闆又給我降了房費謝謝老闆娘的熱情接待祝酒店生意興隆財源廣進

昨晚房間一直有響動，從兩點到六點。打電話聯繫不上前台，並且房間沒有配備與前台連接的座機。兩個小女生不安全，時間也太晚了，就沒有下去找。但是打了好幾個電話。早上去找前台解決前台，説別人都能睡着，就你睡不着。給老闆打電話説我詐騙。以上所述皆有錄音為證。態度十分惡劣。
