This is a great hotel in the heart of the city with easy access to everything Baisha has to offer. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I will definitely use this place again in the future.

酒店應該是白沙縣城最好的酒店了吧，環境一流、安靜，衹是設施稍舊了點，空調也不夠涼可能是房間較大的原因，周邊吃、出行都很方便，後方就是南叉河，晚邊在河邊散步非常舒服。很棒的體驗！

房間裝修檔次一般，衞生情況尚可，因不含餐未體驗用餐品質；

據説是較好的酒店，辦理入住後就去吃晚飯……回來發現網絡不好、電視打不開、電話機壞了、電話前台過來服務員一問三不知，告知電話機是前個客人拔線因為不停連續有噪音（電話機壞了）走了無任何處理。致電前台人員除了説不好意思無任何解決問題方法……在我提示她可請示值班領導後在夜晚十點半左右（已睡下）打來電話（我手機、房間無電話）告知領導處理讓我們換房間，不想折騰拒絕換房，一聲不好意思掛了電話……一晚上無網絡無電話無電視，這300元的房間值不值？值得提示的：辦理入住時想要樓上的房間，被告知衹有這一間房了，那麼再出現問題時的半夜怎麼又有了給我換房的房間？
再説酒店早餐，房價包含早餐，去吃時沒有咖啡、粥也衹是鍋底，在一位中年婦女的吆喝裏服務員才又盛了一點出來放鍋裏，了了無幾的方便麪炒麪，都是已冷卻的……
