The location is great, 5-7mins walk to train station. Reception service was good. One thing I don't like is that there is no disposable slippers. If you catch the early train, this could be the ideal hotel for you.

黃金還湊合，畢竟它靠近高鐵站，各方面都挺好的，價格也比較實惠，唯一就是我不喜歡的，就是地面的地毯，如果把地毯去掉更好。

灑店離火車站和公交站點近方便出行，灑店外表高大上，大堂內一般般，前台接待女員工態度冷漠，讓人不悦。本人年老體弱卻給了個十七樓臨街房間，不知什麼原因，整夜大型貨車通過轟嗚作響。讓人難已入眠，房間內電路或許電器開關有毛病，臨睡覺前關燈出現故障，關了這個那個又亮，開關全關了，又有兩個閃光。把取電卡拿下來全屋燈光不滅。都半夜了通知前台還不知道折騰到什麼時修好。睡吧。不知什麼時候燈又滅了。房間內衞生差，地毯臟，衞生間飄出下水管味道臊臭難聞。也可能就這一個房間這樣吧，讓我住到了。早餐廳趕上有旅遊團，環境衹能用三個字描述:臟亂差。憑房卡去一個保安那裡領雞蛋，每人一個。其它不想説了，衹要你不挑食吃飽沒問題，希望管理層重視管理讓酒店生意更上一層樓。

被套破損還套裝上去，酒店一次性拖鞋味道相當難聞。服務態度讓人不舒心，退房時還説我用了付費產品，我説沒用麻煩查清楚，前台人員居然説沒事我們退你全部按金，讓我感受到了身心受到不尊重。沒用就沒用，為何讓你們自身原因移家在別人身上，最終酒店沒有因為自身原因有歉意。真心不舒心！！
