We stayed five days at Le Germain Hotel. There is an elevator & a fire outside at night and picnic tables. There are two five star restaurants where we ate every night. The property is beautiful. There are Charlevoix cows, goats and chickens to see fenced in behind the hotel. A train comes once a day and stops there.. You cannot actually see the St Lawrence River from the rooms but the property is fantastic. The room was very nice with the only drawback being there are no drawers for those of us who do not live out of a suitcase. There were a couple of shelves but we prefer drawers. There is a closet and gorgeous view. The room was beautiful as is the hotel. You can walk to town if you want or bicycle. Difficult to park in town tho. Lots of tourists visit the town.

We stayed for four nights at the Le Germain. The location is a short walk to the main shopping and eating area of town but also far enough away from the crowds for some solitude. The animals in the adjacent farm area were entertaining for everyone, especially the kids. Staff was helpful and attentive throughout, and we would definitely stay here again.

Facilities and staff always exceed expectations. Everything about Le Germain Charlevoix is a joy. If I could leave 10 starts on a 1 – 5 scale it wouldn't do them justice.

This was a beautiful hotel and resort. The places, stunning, modern, and is working on good green initiative. We had a room in the main building, which was on the second floor. Clean and well taken care of. The resort has a series of buildings, so check out the pictures and the match to see where you are. The main building has the restaurants. The spa or D is on premises, which has beautiful, hot cold therapy pools and sauna. They also do massages. Recommend booking in advance to make sure you have an appointment. Pool was quiet and lovely. The scenery and location of the facility. It’s perfect. There’s a wonderful farm on the premises and a stroll to the bay is nice. I hate to Give such a great review because now it won’t be a secret… Lol. We will be back again next year for sure!

An incredible casual and unpretentious place that offers an exceptional experience. The beds are glamorous, and the grounds are easy to explore with a glass of wine if you choose it.

Beautiful hotel with bucolic scenery. Loved the farm animals on campus. Short stroll to both the town and the shore. The nordic spa is fabulous, don't miss it.

A farm at the back of the property was a lot of fun. The hotel is like a campus with very nice architecture. The room is very practical and the bed comfortable.

The overall expérience was amazing
From the very first moment you arrive the site is calm and gorgeous
So many small details and gesture were made through our stay that made it unique and pleasant.
Firepits prepared by the staff, marshmallows given at the lobby, live dj at the restaurant , very clean property, kind staff, confortable beds , everything was above expectations

I was on the Gare side, very interesting concept for the dorms. Cozy, very nice wood flooring, which is pretty rare for hotels. Good amenities and the farm on the facility was a nice touch. Restaurants are also very good.
