Un endroit magique et unique en coupe ou en famille, avec architecture moderne, espaces extérieures incroyable et services haut de gamme. Quelle expérience unique pour une petite famille avec une piscine et animaux et spa pour les couples. Nous recommandons cet endroit unique au Quebec pour les aimants de la nature. Le personnel a été très accommodant pour 4 adultes et 4 enfants de bas âges. Tout simplement merci pour l’idée d’avoir construit un tel endroit.

Encore une fois tout était parfait !!! Fares à la réception nous accueille avec un choix de chambre en visitant d'abord, Super ! Victor, et Amélie nous ont servi comme des chefs lors de notre souper ! Wolf Simon ..... c'est Simon , il est parfait !!! Passer la soirée avec Christian, Directeur des opérations et Catherine autour du feu le soir , inoubliable Terminer cela avec Pierre au déjeuner, tellement à sa ́place , Bravo . Chambre et installation incluant la ferme avec plusieurs animaux, magnifique A++++ à ce week-end parfait !!!

Lovely grounds and area, but our room was not comfortable. We were assigned a room in the Le Clos building, and found it small for more than one person. The room is basically a square, with the toilet in a closet, the sink open against one wall, and the shower with clear glass walls exposed to the rest of the room. In short, no privacy. The TV screen is on the wall at the foot end of the bed, so you can only watch if you are in bed. There was not much space to put clothes or anything else, or to move around. What was positive: the staff were friendly and helpful, the dinner at the less expensive restaurant was good, and it was fun to walk the grounds and see the animals and gardens.

A great place to stay and explore both Baie-Saint-Paul and the Charlevoix region. The hotel is conveniently located, a short walk to the town and a 20 minute walk to the St. Lawrence River, where there is a small beach and pier. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. We had a view of the hotel’s working farm and cattle, and could see the river in the distance. The hotel has multiple buildings, we stayed in the Clos building. Staff were attentive, and we had a nice dinner in their casual restaurant (the upscale restaurant was closed during our visit). The town has an artsy buzz to it, multiple galleries and an art museum. A great place to recharge and rejuvenate.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Le Germain Charlevoix, et nous avons adoré notre séjour. Cet établissement est situé en plein coeur de Baie-Saint-Paul, ce qui permet de s'y rendre en marchant. Cet établissement est bâti en territore agricole, et le concept de la ferme est repris partout avec goût, autant dans la déco, la restauration et le nom des bâtiments. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment appelé La Bergerie. Nous avions la chance d'avoir une chambre avec vue sur les champs et le fleuve. On retrouve également certains animaux de la ferme sur le site, dont un troupeau de boeufs highlands, qui ajoutent au charme de l'endroit. Il est possible de marcher jusqu'au bord du fleuve, ou l'on peut découvrir une magnifique plage de sable sur le Saint-Laurent. Autre point positif pour ceux qui voyagent en compagnie de leur chien, ces derniers sont les bienvenus dans l'établissement. Nous avons également fait l'expérience du Spa nordique offert sur place. Le site comporte deux bassins chauds, un bain froid, des saunas et des salles de repos.

Ce n’était pas notre première expérience dans ce fabuleux hôtel mais notre premier séjour en famille avec notre jeune bébé. Une superbe expérience! N’hésitez pas à demander le « kit bébé » avec baignoire et parc. Quelle belle attention!!!

Toit est top de top : accueil , confort des chambres ,qualité de la literie , abords et extérieur : jardin fleuri, jardin potager, un autre jardin super zen aux portes de l'hôtel , coin "feu de camp", animaux, et grande piscine chauffée. Nous n'avons pas testé le spa payant. Baie Saint Paul adorable est à 10-15 min à pied !
