非常差的體驗，沒有任何溝通的情況下擅自把房型換了，1.8的床直接變1.5的床了，屋子也變小了，十一假期，半夜十點多，到屋裡才知道，一家三口睡1.5的床，怎麼睡，説可以給退，大半夜的臨時讓我們上哪住去？沒見過這麼噁心的，還一副她沒錯的態度，這不讓上傳圖片，要不然給你們看看聊天記錄，活久見
