Facilities: Guests appreciate the hotel's large pool, which is perfect for families, and the adult-only pool offers a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms generally have comfortable beds and nice views, enhancing the overall stay experience.

The best part of our stay was the service at the buffet from Alejandro and Marisol. They made our mornings so perfect with their friendly smiles and they always go the extra mile. Thank you so much! Our family finally had a joint vacation and this was the perfect spot for our teens to let loose and us parents to enjoy the pool :) thanks again for making this a memory that we won’t forget. My son said he thinks he has a small slice of heaven on this vacation. Thank you!!!

We LOVE Mexico, and have been to many all-inclusives. We had a great time here as we always make the best of every situation & we had ten days relaxing with family, but these are my honest reviews: Highs: -Rooms on the 4th floor and up had awesome views of the ocean & pool. -the big pool was awesome to swim & play -the beach: water temp was perfect, clean, and waves for boogie boarding -the palm trees & gardens were beautiful -close to the airport for ease of travel, and close to taxi/uber to PV or Bucerias -an OXO convience store on site -vendors in the resort some nights to browse & shop Lows (your not-so-favorite parts): -must reserve pool chairs early or they’re all gone by 8am -very busy on weekends with locals & weddings, meaning very long lineups for coffee, the bar, etc (they also ran out of pool towels by mid morning!) -very difficult to get a dinner reservation -kids club & teen club were terrible/non existent (teen club had lights off despite being “open” and even though it was empty, they wouldn’t let my son bring his grandpa or his sister in to play ping pong or snooker. So…. He was only allowed to go in by himself & play… by himself?) -so many rules! (Ex wouldn’t serve my daughter ice cream by the pool because her legs were wet. Rule: Everyone must be “fully dry” to get an ice cream cone. So after waiting for 20 min in line- they asked her to go dry off and line up again) -a lot of the staff seemed very busy/overworked, and weren’t as friendly or helpful as in other resorts For anyone with food allergies/gluten free/celiac: - buffet had basically no options other than the salad/fruit for celiac (every night I’d ask a different chef, and they would wave across all the hot items and say “con gluten” with gluten) - At the buffet, asked for separate meals, and they were awful. Undercooked potato and a steak swimming in butter, that I waited 30 minutes for while my family finished their meals. - At the restaurants, there were some options. Although I did worry about the safety of one, meat covered in a brown sauce, so didn’t eat that night. - Gluten free bread was sitting on a plate below the multigrain bread- crumbs all over, and people using the same tongs for both (since they were beside eachother!) - All the tortilla chips and tostadas and tortillas are not gluten free as they go in a shared deep fryer *top tip- buy your own gluten free tortilla chips, and live off of pico de gallo 🤷🏼‍♀️
