Regee the concierge by the pool is amazing. He puts our towels out and makes sure we have plenty of shade throughout the day. He is always checking on us to make sure we have whatever we need.

Well, this resort is very nice. I did prefer the Villa del Arco in Cabo much better. The resort property and our suite were very nice. One of the best parts of the vacation was being greeted in the mornings by server Ernesto. He always greeted us with a smile, always had our drinks ready for us when we sat down and he could not have been sweeter. On our last day, he presented us with a beautiful cake.

We had the very best vacation ever. The resort is breathtaking. The service is unmatched. Lucy and Edie were so helpful. Lucy even helped me make a beauty appointment in Puerto Vallarta. We upgraded our ownership after a lovely breakfast with Danny. Serge helped us with all our questions and everyone in the sales office was truly attentive and kind. We absolutely love Villa del Palmar and Flamingos did not disappoint.

Our 2 families had an incredible week at Flamingos! We had two 2 bedrooms suites which were perfect for our needs (2 adults and 2 kids in each room but plenty of room for more guests if needed). We love having in room washer and dryers so we pack less and come home with clean clothes! All of the staff, from the bell hops and front desk to the waiters and maids (thank you Martha), were friendly and helpful as always. As members we were greeted by Lucia at the Members Service desk and she was very pleasant to speak with and gave us lots of good information for our stay. She also answered any questions we had during the week about local restaurants and attractions and what time we should leave for the airport. My only request would be if there could be more entertainment at night. The programs offered during the day were great like pool & beach volleyball, Zumba, aqua fitness and live music. There were 1-2 movie nights (our kids are older so not interested in the offerings). We really enjoyed the fire show on the beach Friday night! Overall an excellent stay and we will definitely be back!

We met Edwin at the pool side area, he happened to be our bartender and we all clicked with him. He was friend, funny but most importantly had an amazing customer service skill that I have yet to find. After the first round of drinks, he knew exactly what we liked, never forgot what each of us were drinking and made our pool experience one that we will never forget. We saw him the day after also at the pool area, and without placing an order, he knew exactly what to bring us, we were like Wow!!! Edwin is one of a kind for sure, if you happen to visit Flamingos, you gotta meet Edwin.
