Horrible experience. The front office advised they are fully booked, considering we got booked confirmation two weeks earlier. The hotel downgraded our room with a smaller one and with cockroaches on the floor.
Never again to this hotel and never again using your service Trip.com

Stayed here for our trip to Baguio. And my family enjoyed our stay 🥰 Its a walking distance to Mines view park, also infront of a coffee shop, Dont miss the sunrise! 🌅 its magnificent! There is no water in our first day, and reception said itll be delivered, we waited for 3 hrs .
