Very nice little house right on the main street leading to the main attraction. Just fine for a short stay. It was very clean and the owner was helpful. Overall pleased with the property

Ottima base x visitare civita
Ottima base x visitate Civita e dintorni. Proprietaria disponibile e pronta a fornire tutte le info necessarie inoltre prepara già il tavolo x colazione (e' vero che sono prodotti confezionati ma a mio parere è anche più igienico e poi i biscottini sono buonissimi x cui x noi è stato un valore aggiunto)

Fantastic value for money. Clean and welcoming.
I stayed for a whole week. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast in provided on a self service base (mostly carbs and dairy), but there's a fridge should you want to have you own stuff (I had clearly labelled plastic boxes). Super clean. Room tidied every day. Free parking very close. I would use the place again.

Economy choice
Located near restaurants. Parking was easy in the offseason and the host provided a card which covered parking costs. The parking lot was a five or six minute walk.
This is a tiny house with two bedrooms and a tiny kitchen. We were fortunate that we were the only guests. If we had had to share the space with another couple it would have been very tight.
The bed was reasonably comfortable. The room was small enough that it was difficult to find places to put things. It was necessary to step carefully between the bed and the wall.
The breakfast provided was poor - grocery store pastry in cellophane. I bought breakfast at the bakery.
If you are making a decision only on cost this might be a reasonable choice. I wish that I had spent more money for more comfort.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte qui. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile, sia telefonicamente, sia di persona. Eravamo nella camera papavero, non era enorme ma siamo stati benissimo ( 2 adulti + 2 bambini). La signora ha lasciato tutto pronto per la colazione, con opportunità di prendere dal frigor yogurt, acqua, succhi: c'era scelta per tutti. Caffè dalla macchinetta o dalla moka, a scelta del cliente. Luogo semplice e accogliente. Non c'è l'ascensore, la nostra camera aveva il bidet. La macchina si può portare davanti all'ingresso per carico e scarico bagagli. Comodo per visitare Civita, noi abbiamo fatto l'andata in bus e il ritorno a piedi.
