Отель удобен для туристов на машине, но и пешком можно дойти , приложив некоторые усилия , так как нужно подниматься в гору . От ж/д станции лучше проехать несколько остановок на автобусе. Постояльцев было мало , сначала с меня хотели взять оплату за завтрак , хотя номер был с двумя заранее оплаченными завтраками ( по условиям бронирования ) , а проживала я одна . За бассейн тоже , но в итоге у меня и времени не было там поплавать. Само место Баньи ди Лукка очень приятное и атмосферное ,
В номере было тихо, чисто , кровать удобная . Завтрак тоже неплохой , но так как я пришла раньше , ещё не все продукты были на столе .
За ту цену , что я забронировала -70Е остановиться вполне нормально.

I would not stay here again
It was noisy, the water was turned off, breakfast was poor. Not a good experience.

The setting and staff were outstanding. It’s a bit of a trek to get to but well worth it. The indoor pool was a little warm and a warning, you need a swimming cap to use it. We were lucky to be provide with a couple by the receptionist. We had a big family pre-wedding celebration meal which was excellent.

Mai più. Prenotato su booking, all'arrivo per fortuna c'era una ragazza alla reception dove ha dato 0 indicazioni su tassa di soggiorno, pagamento o altre indicazioni. Nella giornata passati più volte dalla reception e mai visto più nessuno. Morale della favola, andiamo via perché avevamo fretta e il pagamento era stato fatto tramite booking ma sti incompetenti son riusciti a dire di avere usato una carta falsa con tante mail con arroganza senza mai formarsi chi fosse a scrivere. Arrivati a minacciarmi di pagare entro le 18 o mi avrebbero denunciato quando booking segnava che il pagamento sarebbe stato fatto entro 2 giorni. Ho dovuto chiamare io perché il signorino era troppo sfaticato per chiamare booking. Struttura fatiscente, con luci che non funzionano nelle scale nemmeno la notte, piscina che nemmeno negli ospedali è così brutta. A mai più rivederci.

Ho soggiornato per una notte in questo Hotel immerso nel verde di Bagni di Lucca. Personale cordiale, pulite e spaziose le camere. Molto bella la sala con ampio camino dove viene servita la colazione e la cena. Albergo tranquillo anche grazie alla posizione leggermente fuori dal centro.

Consigliamo vivamente l'Hotel & Terme Bagni di Lucca. Questo hotel immerso nella natura toscana offre un buon mix di relax e benessere. È perfetto per chiunque cerchi una pausa rilassante per rigenerarsi e godersi un po' di tranquillità in un ambiente naturale unico. L’acqua termale ci ha lasciato una sensazione di profondo rilassamento. La struttura ha un ottimo potenziale che potrebbe essere sfruttato ancora meglio. Le camere hanno una vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti e sono dotate di aria condizionata ( cosa fondamentale per il caldo che ha fatto nei giorni in cui siamo stati ospiti). Punto forte dell’hotel è stata la cortesia e disponibilità del personale, subito pronto a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Antonio ed Enzo sono stati davvero cordiali. Buoni i piatti della cucina; la colazione è abbondante e preparata con un ricco buffet (crostata al cioccolato fondente eccezionale).
