L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, très jolie et à quelques minutes du col de Tourmalet. Les hôtesses d'accueils sont très agréables est souriantes.
La chambre est assez spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Petit déjeuner copieux.
Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Excellent etablissement. Chambre pour handicapés vaste et très très confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet. Le seul bémol c'est le restaurant complet pour le dîner et pas de veritable plan b.

Personnel très accueillant et très serviable. L'hôtel est situé un tout petit peu à l'extérieur de la ville mais profite d'un cadre exceptionnel avec une vue superbe sur le Pic du Midi

Nous devions séjourner dans cet établissement une nuit dans le cadre d’un séjour organisé par un club de voitures où nous sommes adhérents. Blessée 8 jours avant le départ, mon mari et moi n’avons pu participer à cette semaine dans le sud ouest et avons donc dû annuler la réservation de notre chambre. Malgré la présentation d’un certificat médical et d’un arrêt de travail, la direction n’a jamais voulu nous rembourser les 230€ payés à la réservation sous prétexte que l’annulation intervenait à moins de 30 jours de notre arrivée. Mon tort ? N’avoir pas su programmer mon accident ni la gravité de ma blessure afin de coller à leurs CGV ! Le tort de cet hôtel ? Commercialement nul. Même pas un avoir, un remboursement partiel… Rien… ÉTABLISSEMENT A ÉVITER TOUT SIMPLEMENT !

Pour un long week-end en famille en pleine vacances d'hiver, ce grand hôtel nous a conquis. Pas de bruit, de l'espace et chambre confortable avec vue sur un grand espace vert et les montagnes. Petit déjeuner international très soigné et généreux. Le personnel à l'accueil est agreable et très souriant. Nous projetons de revenir cet été.

Excellent hotel, le propriétaire arrangeant car nous sommes arrivés une heure avant l'heure. Nous avons pris une chambre quadruple qui est très pratique. Il y'a rien à dire sur la propreté. Une chambre superbe et literie propre.
