Great location besides the Collegiate. No noise, very quiet and incredibly well-located with a car park within a few minutes of walking distance. You might have to coordinate with the host to collect the keys on check in, but it’s very straightforward and an excellent chance to learn more about what to do and where to go by the very welcoming host. I really liked the fact that water, tea, and freshly ground coffee were provided, so I didn’t have to leave the apartment early in the morning to find some. Highly recommended

No es cierto que tenga aire acondicionado. Tiene el sitema fan coil centralizado. Como no había clientes no lo colocaron en modo frío....y hace calor...mucho calor! Una de las peores noches de mi vida sudando la gota gorda. Sin sercicios de bar ni nada. Una chica de prácticas para atender todo el hotel. Pocos clientes= gastos mínimos para rentabilizar.

バスータミナルから歩いてきました。 ホテルは、16世紀に建てられたルネッサンス・ゴシック建築様式です。 バエサでも貴重な建造物として周知の事実です。 今夜は、ユネスコユネスコの世界遺産で就寝が叶いました。 またこのようなシンボル的な建物で宿泊できることに大満足です。 この建物は、かつては伯爵の邸宅として使用されていました。 建物の随所に当時の建築赴きある魅力に垣間見ることができました。

El hotel está muy bien, nos hemos alojado del viernes 6 al lunes 9 de junio. Lamentablemente el aire acondicionado no ha funcionado ninguno de los cuatro días y eso que hemos tenido temperaturas de 42 grados todo el largo fin de semana. Hemos preguntado varias veces en recepción y nos indican que se había estropeado una pieza y no la tenían. De verdad que esta situación hace que la visita sea totalmente desagradable, a pesar de la calidad del hotel y la buen disposición de sus trabajadores.

Todo de primera, pero sobresale el servicio. Amabilidad y cordialidad en cada empleado. Especialmente Marcos, que ante una adversidad se multiplicó para atender a todos los huéspedes. Volveremos sin dudarlo en cuanto pasemos por estos lares
