酒店環境非常好，在巫峽口（長江第一灣客服中心）大廳內，安全踏實，去景區真方便，有免費停車場，有餐廳，早餐挺好，晚餐可以送到房間，房間內乾淨寬敞，配套設施齊全，入住體驗極好，在攜程預訂兩晚享受了兩張240元的景區票。開心！

酒店不錯，前台服務人員的業務能力有待提升，辦理入住不夠快，態度很好，就是業務水平不熟練。我們是春節期間入住，早餐太簡單，不過麪條不錯。
