"A very hard review to write so let's start with the pros *great rooms set out in a village so it's not a hotel *juice dispensers around the resort for drinks *lovely clean pools *2 reserved sun loungers for your time at the beach for the duration of your stay. The beach was my favourite place so calm and quiet. *Big shout out to Martina on the desert stand. Didn't speak English but had a lovely smile for us. And the chip man who could only say chips but was lovely. *plenty of options for food, even my son who has allergies could eat plenty Cons *for a 4 star hotel you get 2 cans of water on your first day then nothing. So if you're parched in the middle of the night I suggest you take a refillable bottle with you and take to your room. *you pay a tourist tax This was a surprise but we paid it. Then upon reading about it. They charged us for our 5 year old. When questioned we got grief especially because of the language barrier. *If you want to go on the day trips I suggest you Rob a bank. 550 euros for a family to go on one trip!! We gave them a miss. *entertainment didn't start till 9. Everything in Italian but we didn't stay as it was too late for our daughter. The biggest thing was no one spoke English, so we felt like outcasts for the week. We didn't have a clue what was happening, the entertainment group that was spread about the resort, completely ignored us and talked to other families. We tried asking questions but got no where. They sang in English very weird but didn't speak it??? We booked a table for dinner one day as they have 1 restaurant for the buffet that was for everyday but 2 restaurants that can be booked once for something different under the inclusive price which was nice. When you book on the app, they ask about allergies. We ticked my son had them and all was good. we were seated when we pointed to the list as he didn't speak English. We sat there and one staff member brought a plate out for my daughter and then left. Other families came in sat down was offered wine and drinks. Food was brought out to them. We sat there for 20 minutes no drinks offered no food, no one came to our table apart from my daughters plate. We got up to leave and the man came over with Google translation saying we can't feed you. Absolutely disgraceful. We wouldn't have been bothered if he said at the beginning sorry we can't accommodate your son. But to be left for 20 minutes being ignored honestly just awful. We spent 6 and half thousand pounds on this 4 star holiday and it was a let down!!! So glad for the sun. We won't be returning unfortunately."

"We went for four days and had no hot water pressure in the shower for the first two days. We reported the incident on the first day, and the problem wasn't fixed until the third. They also left the sink covered in mud, with our toiletries in it. We complained to the hotel manager, and he treated us terribly. All he did was invite us to breakfast. When we told him we wanted to file a formal complaint, he stopped understanding Spanish and left us speechless. What could have been a phenomenal vacation turned out to be anything but. Add to that the fact that the apartments aren't great either, and the only thing worthwhile are the sunsets."

"We stayed for the third consecutive year in a room far from the hall and common services in June 2026: This time the beginning was a bit turbulent due to the lock (later fixed by the maintenance staff) which did not allow access to the room, the presence of ants (we bought a powdered insecticide to remedy this) and the strong smell of miasma coming from the bathroom (this was also resolved after purchasing bleach)... After that the stay continued peacefully with some observations: The continental breakfast is quite satisfactory, while the classic Italian breakfast needs improvement in quality. Lunch and Dinner: some dishes were (fortunately) revised after two days, while others still definitely need improvement in terms of quality, especially the fish second courses... The meat is truly excellent. The side dishes, cooked and raw, are excellent and varied. The desserts are delicious, but unfortunately there is a big flaw: It would be necessary to have an additional employee in the dining room to take care of serving the desserts (as is already done with ice cream) as the usual rude people have no decency and limits in serving themselves, depriving the other guests of even the smallest portion: several times it happened that we were not able to taste a single piece of dessert. Cleaning Aspect: This year it is a sore point: twice they DID NOT clean our room, and after our request at the reception they at least provided us with a set of clean towels. Our impression is, unfortunately, that there is a serious shortage of cleaning staff, a deficit this is probably attributable to the ownership. Finally, applause to the Chef and all the dining room staff, true martyrs, always kind and patient, which is absolutely not easy given the rudeness of several guests. Two suggestions to the Management or whoever represents it: 1) It would be an added value for the entire facility to apply shade cloths (which have been non-existent for years) on the metal structures set up for the car parks... 2) it would be appropriate to have a constant presence of the director or a responsible figure who collects moods, feedback or suggestions on the level of guest satisfaction."

"-Poor harmony between the reservation and the local offices, the payment of the remaining 50% of the reservation had to be done in cash, it could not be by card. -They didn't know that the three apartments reserved by me were a group. -In the American kitchen there is no room for anything, all the space occupied by a sink, stove and microwave. -At night it seemed like you were entering a cave because of the low light from the fluorescent bulbs, very old!! -There was no simple toaster, you had to toast the bread in the microwave."
