"We arrived at 5pm after a long day of travel with no staff in the hotel … a note on the desk to call a number which we were unable to do … we found the “ring” and pushed it which was outside & the person was then talking through it inside the hotel! We were directed to a locked box!! For such a large hotel there is NO parking & to not have any staff was unbelievable! Never have we ever had that experience & we have stayed in a lot of hotels … our advise …FIND ANOTHER HOTEL …. And also the fridge is not cold"

"We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. It was an excellent hotel. On the very first day, I put my sweatshirt away in the closet because it was too warm to use it. When we left, I forgot about it. I remembered that I forgot her there when we got home. I called there immediately, and the receptionist told me that the cleaning lady didn't find anything, so she went to look and didn't find anything either. I don't know what happened to the sweatshirt at home; we couldn't find it anywhere. I'm one hundred percent sure that I didn't choose it, and I don't have it at home. Room 229."

"This is a perfect base to discover Baden & the surrounding area; The owner,Horst was exceptionally welcoming, & made the time to sit down with us & give us inside information on the best things to do in Baden & Vienna - through him we discovered the joys of the Austrian heurigen! The apartment itself is beautiful ( the chandeliers! ) ,& well equipped - 1st time on our trip we had an iron & ironing board, for example - & there is even a herb garden to help at dinner time. It is on a quiet street in easy walking distance from the station & the town centre,& has a nice sunny garden area to sit out in. Beds are comfy, & the shower is a good one! I Hope to return very soon!"
