Fashionable design hotel with the thermal bath and nice park right across. Indoor Swimming pool is beautiful but not thermal controlled. Nice sauna and steam area and shower area. Lack of usb charging outlet is a negative. Can clean and dry clothes for 3 euro each but one of the dryers must pick up clothes within 2 hours otherwise clothes will be locked up. Overall nice stay here

Beim Check-in sofort auffälliges freundliches Personal, was sich über meinen Aufenthalt durchzog. Modernes Hotel, Zimmer für 4* ok. Ausreichend Schrankstaufläche. Badezimmer fragwürdig, da Licht nur mit Bewegungsmelder funktioniert. Ohne Bewegung - kann ja mal vorkommen ;-) - Licht nach 20 Sekunden aus. Dann mit den Armen rudern. Regendusche nur bis 1.85m Größe, nicht regulierbar. Konzept bitte überarbeiten. Frühstück für 4* für 12,50€ in Ordnung. Fazit: Preis-Leistung sicherlich diskutierbar. Insgesamt für 1 - 2 Nächte völlig ok. Ich war 2 Woche geschäftlich vorher im Hotel Kemper. Preis-Leistung deutlich besser.

Auch in Covid19 Zeiten ist dieses ruhig gelegene, stylische Hotel zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist modern und es gibt viele Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung was deshalb wichtig ist, weil kein Abendessen im Hotel serviert wird. Mitarbeiter im Haus sind sehr freundlich, die Einrichtung ist tauglich und das Frühstück angemessen.

Wenn das Personal am Empfang professioneller und die Beschilderung bzw Orientierung einfacher gewesen wäre, hätten wir unseren Aufenthalt sicherlich besser genießen können. Wir hatten Massagen gebucht, die ausgezeichnet waren, leider hatten wir einen falschen Termin genannt bekommen. Auch, dass man Zugangsnummern oder spezifische Wartebereiche einhalten sollte, war unklar kommuniziert, wenn überhaupt. Das Auffinden des Wellnessbereichs war eine pfadfinderische Meisterleitung, da überall Wellness versprochen wurde, aber nicht überall Wellness aufzufinden war. Die Zimmer waren sauber - mit Abstrichen - trotzdem akzeptabel. Das Bett komfortabel, der Duschzugang für uns zugegeben übergewichtige Gäste schwierig da ungewöhnlich eng. Der Sauna und Poolbereich war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Leider war die Dampfsauna am Samstag Abend ausgefallen, was den Andrang in der Sauna für uns gefühlt zu groß werden ließ, so dass wir lieber verzichtet haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Was uns aufgefallen war, war, dass sich niemand für unseren Impfstatus interessiert hatte.
