Schöne geräumige Anlage mit klimatisiertem deluxe Zimmer, Balkon
und Wellnessbereich. Fahrradkeller, Tiefgarage und Wassertretbecken im Garten. Eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer war leider nicht vorhanden.

Insgesamt sehr schön. Kleine Dinge sind verbesserungsbedürftig, zB die Snacks in der Bar, Verdunkelung in den Zimmern, Qualität der Kopfkissen.
Leider öffnet die Sauna seit diesem Jahr erst um 10 Uhr.

Lovely hotel right outside of Saxon National Park, with a lovely spa culture. Toskana terme is right next door and the hotel has package deals you can book that are very affordable, and great value. The hotel food was pretty good and the staff is incredible. I would like to mention Hannah, at the front desk, who was SO incredibly helpful my entire stay and provided amazing hospitality. Thank you Hannah and I would return here again. Their spa was also very clean and spa services were great.

The hotel is beautifully located with a stunning view of the Elbe, and the building itself is both charming and cozy. The location is definitely a big plus – you almost feel cultured just by looking out the window. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the scenery. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was the only one that charged us a €120 fee because we forgot to add our kids as guests – even though it didn’t change the room rate. That felt more bureaucratic than welcoming. We were given one lonely bottle of water – regardless of how many nights we stayed – and there was no tea or coffee in the room. For a hotel in this category, that’s a bit like forgetting the pillow on the bed. All in all, it’s a beautiful hotel in a great location, but sadly the service didn’t live up to the setting.

We arrived at the hotel on a cold & rainy morning. We were greeted by a colder business-like front desk. Absolutely no early check-in when obviously the occupancy rate was very low. When we finally checked in at 3 pm, we found the room to be clean but very small for the big price that we paid. Breakfast spread was limited but sufficient. Hotel was located right in front of the Elbe River. We did enjoy a long stroll by the banks of river when the sky cleared the next morning.

We spent 3 nights in early June with the intention of day hiking in the area. We found the hotel to be well located (right on the river and conveniently located to trails and the National Park Visitor Center ), tastefully furnished, and clean. We enjoyed the hotel's wellness pool and massage as well as access to the larger Toskana outdoor pool.

This hotel is in a beautiful area with great views of Elb river mountains surrounding. Rooms are big airy comfortable but some rooms have no AC but we were given a fan and it was good. Their breakfast buffet was full of fresh items and extremely good. We got the chance to experience the Liquid sounds pool which was extraordinary special experience. Beautiful walking paths, very peaceful surroundings and nice restaurants. Will go again some day to stay more than two nights.
