I have been travelling to Bad sackingen at least once a year for 2 or 3 weeks for my job. So, I spent around 100 nights in this hotel at the past 5 years. It is sad to see that everything is going down. The quality of the facility is going down year by year. It is just sad to see how bad is the management of the hotel. The bathroom floods, no working chair in their most expensive room (Suite), Spider webs and bugs everywhere and finally the staff is getting rude lately. This hotel was my Nr.1 spot at my trips to Bad Sackingen but I am sure this will change soon.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel does not have a restaurant or a proper room service, which is extremely unconvenient as the hotel is located on a hill. The guest is therefore forced to visit the town everytime he wants to eat. One reason I booked this hotel was the presence of Sauna facilities these however were not usable as the sauna was already "overbooked". I think the client should be informed beforehand of this circumstance, as there is not much else to do in this hotel. Some of the staff were kind others were unfriendly and hostile.. This hotel is definitely not worth its price! Actually I would consider it more a bed and breakfast than a hotel.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil die Fotos und die Beschreibung den Eindruck erweckten, dass es sich hierbei um ein ruhig gelegenes Haus auf einem Naturgrundstück handelt. Umso mehr waren wir bei unserer Ankunft erschrocken, dass direkt vor dem Hotel eine Hochspannungsleitung verläuft. Das Mast stand dabei fast direkt vor unserem Balkon. Auf den Fotos ist davon nichts zu sehen. Die Luftaufnahme müsste sie eigentlich zeigen, aber entweder wurde diese vor der Errichtung der Hochspannungsleitung gemacht oder sie wurde gefälscht. Wir haben uns hinters Licht geführt gefühlt! Und leise war es auf dem Balkon mitnichten. Denn nicht weit von dem Grundstück entfernt, verläuft eine Schnellstraße, deren Verkehrslärm keine Ruhe zulässt. Ein weiterer Punkt, den wir als sehr störend empfanden, war das niedrige Waschbecken, das offenbar für Kinder oder sehr kleine Menschen installiert wurde. Zudem gab es keine Ablageflächen für unsere Kultursachen. Ein Saunabesuch musste mindestens eine Stunde vorher angemeldet werden. Sie befindet sich außerhalb des Hauses. Da es geregnet hat, haben wir diese nicht genutzt.

Wir haben genau das vorgefunden was auf der Homepage gezeigt und beschrieben war, nicht mehr und nicht weniger, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang und im Service, saubere Juniorsuite mit grossem, hellem Badezimmer mit Bio-Kaffee im Zimmer. Vielseitiges Frühstück mit frischen Zutaten, nicht übertrieben üppig, aber das macht es genau sympathisch denn so wird food waste vermieden.

Séjour agréable à l’hôtel Sapia. Les chambres sont confortables, mais petit bémol : lorsqu’on réserve pour une personne, il n’y a qu’une demi-couette et un seul oreiller, ce qui peut sembler un peu juste. Pas de mini-bar en chambre, mais un frigo est disponible à l’entrée de l’hôtel, avec un système pratique de fiche à remplir. Le restaurant est assez petit et propose des plats simples, basiques mais suffisants pour se restaurer – ne vous attendez pas à de la grande cuisine. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux, avec de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts. Le vrai plus de cet établissement, c’est son cadre : en plein cœur d’une forêt, au calme, avec un terrain de golf et des sentiers de randonnée à proximité. Idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la nature.

Ich beziehe mich auf unsere Buchung in Ihrem Hotel vom 8.-10.9.2024. Wir haben uns ganz bewusst für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es als Wellness Hotel angeboten wird und wir uns 2 Tage Erholung erhofft haben. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass dem nicht so ist und man nur eine kleine Aussensauna gegen einen hohen Aufpreis erst anheizen oder eine Suite buchen muss. Das war für uns inakzeptabel und eine Täuschung von nicht vorhandenen Leistungen. Auch dass man bis 16h für den Zimmerbezug hätte warten müssen, obwohl Zimmer frei waren, haben wir bis jetzt noch nie erlebt. Bis jetzt war man in jedem Hotel, welches wir besucht haben, in dieser Beziehung sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel.
