Sauber, aber Personal fehlt
- Die Reception ist nicht besetzt. Die Zimmernummer und den Türcode erhältst du nur per Telefon oder vorab per Mail. Das Mail habe ich allerdings erst um 17 Uhr erhalten, obwohl ich bereits um 14 Uhr da stand.
- Das Frühstücksbuffet war leer, als ich da ankam und es wurde nur halb aufgefüllt. Um 10 Uhr haben sie mich dann unerwartet rausgeschmissen, weil sie für den Mittag auftischen wollten.
- Das Gute ist, dass das Zimmer angenehm und sauber ist und es gibt Gratisparkplätze.

I made reservation , reservation was accepted but no contact with access code , tried call , nobody answer , I pick another hotel . Access code was send after midnight ...

Inneneinrichtung teilweise veraltet, Heizung liess sich nicht abdrehen, Einchecken sehr schwierig, da kein Personal vorhanden ist und wenn man den Code zu langsam eingibt.... fertig! Dann beginnt man von vorne mit der ganzen Prozedur.

Das Hotel liegt etwas ungewöhnlich inmitten eines Wohngebiets. Das hat den Vorteil, dass es absolut ruhig ist. Unser Zimmer war nicht besonderes groß aber ausreichend und mit dem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Restaurant im Haus, in dem man sehr gut essen kann. Das Frühstück war OK, auch wenn ich mich als Koffein-Junkie mit Thermoskannen-Kaffee etwas schwer tue. Insgesamt aber ein einwandfreies Hotel zu vernünftigem Preis.

Wir kannten die Unterkunft aus früheren Jahren. Das Schwimmbad wurde geschlossen. Frühstück sollte extra 15 E kosten. Ansonsten sehr sauber. Preis für die Zimmer etwas zu hoch, zumal das sehr klein war

Nice rooms and bathrooms.
Restaurant staff really helpful.
Postcode took us somewhere miles away up a mountain.
Communication was in German and sent pre-arrival emails that were really important because there's not 24/7 staff at the hotel.
