Das Hotel ist komplett renoviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber gehalten. Wir hatten eine Suite und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber. Die Angestellten waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hatte alles was wir brauchten. Rühreier und Spiegeleier werden frisch zubereitet.

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf das gegebene Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich war mit einem Kollegen im Rahmen einer Dienstreise im Hotel Heldt. Leider mussten wir bis 14 Uhr warten, bis jemand die Türe öffnen konnte, aber auch hier habe ich natürlich für eventuelle personelle Engpässe oder die (mutmaßlich) zur Jahreszeit gegebene geringere Auslastung Verständnis. Das war für uns kein Drama. Die Dame am Telefon war auch sehr freundlich. Check-In schnell und freundlich. Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert; insgesamt in einem sehr guten Zustand und wirklich mehr als ausgesprochen sauber. Ganz großes Lob an die Reinigungskraft! Frühstück dem Preis angemessen und demnach völlig in Ordnung. Für die nächste Dienstreise würde ich wieder unbesorgt im Hotel Heldt einchecken. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!
