Budget hotel just off the autobahn heading for eastern Germany and Poland. It was basic, but clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

It was not very pleasant stay honestly. The guy who work at reception who wear specs, has dark hair was totally rude and acted like he is the boss. Either train him how to do his job or lose guests. He ruined our very first day there and the rest of the days we kept our distance from him. Besides this man, I’d say the staff was the best thing about this hotel. Rooms are not that safe I feel because they use old type of door locks. So make sure you lock the door when you are both inside and outside of your room. Mattress are very old and uncomfortable to lay on. Bathroom was not clean enough. Shower head was broken. There were dust and stains in the bathroom we used. Corridors smell cigarettes even though it’s prohibited to smoke inside the rooms. It’s super weird that you have to pay 6 euro per day to get your car into the hotel parking. Seeing those people who were roaming around this area, you are forced to pay the hotel to get your car inside the hotel parking area ( which sometimes pretty empty, and other days almost full). You can park your car just outside of the hotel but it’s not that safe there. As for the breakfast I’d say it’s mediocre. The hotel required a thorough renovation. It is not expensive here yet it would be nice if they can do some renovation and upgrade the quality of the hotel.
