It's a very old hotel. The castle in the theme has nothing to do with the hotel. It's in a park next to it.

I have been staying regularly at this hotel for years, where they always make me feel at home. The service and staff are excellent, as is the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Breakfast is very varied and of high quality. Great value for money

The stay at the Mercure Bad Oeynhausen was good, there is hardly anything to complain about. Room Adequately furnished, dark wood and large windows. Non-smoking room of course, but with a small, walk-in balcony and ashtrays at the front. Unfortunately, the mattresses were much too soft for us, which resulted in back pain. A bottle of mineral water instead of a minibar. There was space in the closet, as well as a safe and TV. Unfortunately, the remote control was broken. Bathroom Large, with shower, towel racks and of course hand and bath towels. Everything was clean, but it didn't smell completely good because the ventilation was apparently not switched on after room service and a strong cleaning agent was used. Breakfast The breakfast was very good, various types of bread and rolls, numerous spreads and other toppings. Also various juices, filter coffee and coffee specialties. Even as vegans we were very full.

Our fourth stay at the Mercure. The room was comfortable and the staff was super friendly. Mr. Fischer at the reception especially put a smile on our faces. The breakfast manager also guaranteed a good mood to start the day.

The outside is not quite up to date, but the inside is modern and minimal, very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful - chappeau! The rooms could be a bit bigger today, it's a bit tight with a wheelchair. The breakfast buffet is amazing, I haven't seen this much selection in a hotel for a long time. The online process from A to Z is problem-free and highly recommended - no booking portal needed!

The hotel is centrally located near the train station. The rooms are freshly renovated and very well equipped. The appearance is very homely and does not correspond to the typical colorful Mercure style. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is direct access to the hotel from the underground car park.

I can say that I have been there five times now. Quiet hotel. Right by the train station... shops all around... you can quickly get to the clinic and the spa gardens... we will go there more often. This hotel has a very good breakfast... nothing is missing.

Very pleasant hotel in a central location. The privilege rooms have been completely renovated, as have the common areas. Lifestyle decor, warm tones and lots of wood. Large rooms, excellent bedding, bathroom with large shower. Excellent breakfast buffet that exceeds the Mercure standard. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Correct room, extensive breakfast, good location in relation to the old town. In room 360 there was a problem with the shower, the water drained from the bottom into the bedroom. The toilet was a bit strangely positioned in the bathroom, completely central.

Das Frühstück war super alles andere nicht empfehlenswert. Teuerste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht, keine Klimaanlage erst nach Zimmertausch und extra 10€. Hotel verlangt für das Parkhaus 15€ allerdings ist es öffentlich und der Tageshöchstsatz bei 6€. Man muss nur 2 m weiter laufen. Vor dem Hotel Baustelle sehr komplizierte Anreise mit dem Auto. Kein Hinweis vom Hotel. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und den Preis nicht wert da kann man für in ein Steigenberger gehen und hat Klima und Sauna!
