Wir waren mit 3 Familien vor Ort. Die Lage ist perfekt direkt in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind riesig und modern. Es gibt kostenlos Wasser und Kaffee. Das Frühstück war super, tolle Auswahl in sehr guter Qualität. Preis Leistung sind absolut stimmig. Alles top, 5 von 5

Betrug! Hotel verspricht Rabatt, wenn auf Zwischenreinigung verzichtet wird. Für den Verzicht musste ich 5 Euro Aufpreis zahlen! Weitere Punkteverluste…. Haben Sie nen Ventilator für unseren Tagungsraum? Nein, die sind alle anderweitig im Einsatz….

Zunächst das Positive, weil es davon nicht viel zu berichten gibt: Das Frühstück - sowohl Auswahl als auch Ambiente (Blick ins Grüne, tolle Location) überzeugen. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Ansonsten: Die Rezeption ist selten besetzt. Das Hotel ist so verwinkelt, die Ausschilderung verwirrend, sodass der Gang ins Hotelzimmer zum Lauf durch ein Labyrinth wird. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Mein Zimmer hatte 27 Grad, es stehen Ventilatoren bereit - für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel eher unprofessionell. Fenster können geöffnet werden, allerdings verhindern habe Scheiben, den Luftdurchzug. Die Beckdecke ist schwer und warm für den Winter. Der Wasserkocher im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Kurz und gut: Ich werde in diesem Hotel nie wieder absteigen und kann es nicht empfehlen. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmen nicht. Fast 130 Euro für ein Zimmer ist bei diesem nicht vorhandenen Service einfach zu viel Geld.
