Ich hab eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Mein Motorrad hatte eine Garage. Top Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Zufahrt von der Rückseite. Sehr schönes Einzelzimmer, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Top Frühstück und sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Hallo, ich schreibe selten Bewertung. Nach dem Aufenthalt im Hotel Krupp in Bad Neuenahr hatte ich jedoch das Bedürfnis dazu! Im Haus ist so eine positive Stimmung. Die Mitarbeiter, alle Jung und dynamisch, waren sehr motiviert und aufmerksam. Zudem hatten wir im Zimmer Gegenstände vergessen. Diese wurden uns problemlos und innerhalb von 3 Tagen! nachgesendet. Vielen Dank an das Team. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter - bitte macht weiter so!

Die Zimmer wurden zwar renoviert, entsprechen aber nicht dem Standard in dieser Hotelklasse. Die Zimmer sind optisch sehr oldschool und wurden offensichtlich nur im sanitären Bereich überholt. Die Betten sind alt und laut. Die Matratzen schädigen die Wirbelsäule, da sie völlig durchgelgen sind. Das Frühstück entspricht absolut nicht dem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Es gab nur aufgebackene Brötchen vom Discounter, die nur auf Anforderung aufgebacken wurden. Ei und Aufschnitt waren garnicht oder nur minimal vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Speisekarte ist offensichticht so erstellt worden, dass die meisten Gerichte nicht frisch, sondern vakuumirt wurden und dann erwärmt wurden. Das Personal war freundlich, entschädigt aber nicht für die erbrachten Leistungen.
