een mooi familiehotel met een prachtige wellness, verwarmd buitenzwembad en mooie tuin. Het hotel beschikt over klassieke en moderne kamers. Wij kregen kamer 14 toegewezen. Een klassieke kamer. De kamer was zéér groot met een groot balkon maar de badkamer was piepklein. Een kleine douche waar een iets dikkere persoon moeilijk in past. Er was nergens plaats om je toiletzak neer te zetten. Er was zelfs geen tabletje boven het wasbakje. Het eten was goed en gevarieerd. Het personeel vriendelijk en het geheel zéér proper. Er is geen airco en bij warm weer kan het wel warm worden op de kamer. Kamers langs de straatkant zijn vanaf 6 uur rumoerig vanwege het doorgaand verkeer.

Ein plus ist natürlich die Kärnten Card ,da kann man gratis auf viele Berge mit der Seilbahn ,Zoos,Bonsai Museum .....wir haben so viel gesehen und genutzt Das Bett ist sehr hochwertig und weich (Boxspringbett ),die Sauna neu und es gibt 2 mal wöchentlich eine Aufguss Frau die super Aufgüsse macht. Der Pool sehr sauber und alles einfach wunderschön. Im Saunabereich gibt es Säfte und Wasser sowie getrocknete Früchte und Nüsse.Der Service ist sehr entgegenkommend wegen Glutenunverträglichkeit ,gibt es alles auch Glutenfrei wenn man fragt .Die Chefin ist sehr bemüht und nett

Wir waren das 2. x bei Ihnen und haben ihr Hotel im Bekanntenkreis bereits weiter empfohlen. Dies deshalb, weil wir die sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, das freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Personal, das schöne und bestens gepflegte Zimmer, das abwechslungsreiche, sehr gute Essen und die reichhaltige Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und den Pool sehr genossen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für einen Wanderurlaub optimal, da die Kärnten Card (für zahlreiche Seilbahnen und Bergstrassen) inkludiert ist! Verpflegung ausgezeichnet und wenn man von der Tour zurückkommt, locken Pool und Sauna. Die junge Chefin versucht, auch Sonderwünsche möglich zu machen - und meist schafft sie das auch mit einem Lächeln!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Hoteldiensten und auch mit höflichen Personal. Die Hotellage ist ausgezeichnet. Eigenes Strand am See, eigenes geheiztes Pool und Wellnes, ausserdem di zwei Bäderorte im Ort. Die Berge sind gleich vor dem Haus. Wunderbares Dienst ist die Kärnten Card für vieles Kostenlos oder mit ermäsigung. Die Karte ist im Preis, schön.
