Unfortunately I had a terrible experience trying to book directly with the hotel for a family holiday in March 2025. The system although saying rooms were available would not take the credit card so I emailed and spoke to the hotel who said there was a system fault but would hold our rooms until sorted. and would not take a payment over the phone. Over the next 3 weeks I tried several times to book and had further email correspondence without luck and then I saw that some of rooms had been taken - so nothing was held ! Eventually I spoke to one of the owners who said the reason why I could not book was because there was a block as min stay was 7 days at this time and there was no apology just basically tough luck ! Fortunately we have now booked with a hotel that actually wants our custom !

In parts very nice and modern. In other parts very old and there is an need of renovation.
For example: old windows in the restaurant. Rain comes inside.
I really love traditional design, but it is is just old…
Very friendly and helpful staff!
The main issue is cleanliness.
Old dirty upholstery and carpets are really disgusting.
Dirty tablecloths are not changed. And it's very family-friendly (lots of children).
I think it's way too expensive for the service, but the beautiful spa and outdoor area, the delicious food and the great staff make up for it!

Perfect location with direct access to the ski slope. A very good hotel with a swimming pool, spa facilities and lots of attractions for children and adults. Excellent cuisine, worth recommending. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and professional. We had a wonderful family holiday and we will probably come back here again. I recommend this facility especially for families with children.

We spent for the second time a lovely holiday at the Nock Resort in Bad Kleinkirchheim. The Resort offers you many possibilities to spent your time and for those who ski it is situated next to the slope. We will come back next year!

Simply amazing. We stayed at Nockresort for our first skiing family holiday (2 adults and 5 teenagers from Ireland) and I think it is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The food was out of this world. Michelin star quality, locally produced and hand prepared. The service was exceptional. Every single staff member went out of their way to make our stay just perfect. A special mention for Daria in the bar who was just naturally lovely and all the restaurant staff. It was a real bonus that we could ski directly from the hotel to the slopes and the facilities in the hotel were 5 star. Swimming pool, full squash court, climbing walls, table tennis, pool, sauna, the list goes on.....

We appreciate the unique hotel location. Next to the ski slope and within walking distance of the city center. Ski rental and ski pass right at the hotel. Great cuisine. A wide range of indoor activities.

Feb half term skiing stay. Wonderful stay. Excellent hotel. The food was excellent . The staff from check in to the bar staff and the cleaners all very friendly. Great facilities with an excellent spa and gym.This was our 3rd visit. Will be back!!

We recommend hotel NockResort in Bad Kleinkirchheim if you planning family skiing. Everything is in touch of your hand, nice swimming pool, nice dinners, nice food choice for kids, very nice and friendly personnel.
