Great hotel in a very very central location in the town. The room was large with lots of storage. The checkin in English was easy and friendly.

Great hotel
Very friendly, helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a fair choice and there was filter coffee as well as a machine. A good stay.

A greatly changed hotel
This hotel is so changed, and some aspects of our stay were so unpleasant that I prefer, in a possible open review, not to go into much detail. I'll mention two things however. One that we found ourselves locked out on arrival; the other that we encountered quite remarkable rudeness and hostility from 'some' members of staff. Other than that, we really want to put the whole week in this hotel behind us.

Dirty and wet cleaning towel left on the bed side and hair from a different Person in the bathroom.......... I think they should look around better when they are cleaning the rooms. Parking Garage is only 1,90m and 18€ a Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normal Check-in only possible between 07.00 and 18.00 hours.
Nobody reachable in whole hotel outside these hours.
