Great hotel in a very very central location in the town. The room was large with lots of storage. The checkin in English was easy and friendly.

Die Ein- und Ausfahrt ist so steil, dass man automatisch aufsetzt mit dem Auto.
Das Zimmer war trotz hochpreisiger Kategorie nicht gerade sauber und das Badezimmer veraltet und dadurch an einigen Stellen verschmutzt.
Zudem hatten wir mit Kleinkind ein Zimmer direkt an der Straße, die man selbst durch geschlossene Fenster furchtbar laut hört und zugleich noch über der Lounge, sodass es abends laut war im Zimmer.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war nichts besonderes, aber ausreichend gut.
Das Personal, welches wir am Empfang und im Frühstücksraum getroffen haben war sehr nett. Ansonsten hat man kein Personal gesehen, so sahen auch die Gänge des Hotels aus.

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Es verfügt über einen Self checkin, bei uns war aber die Rezeption noch besetzt. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben ein sehr bequemes Bett.
Das Bad ist behindertengerecht.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Bad Honnef ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, das Hotel liegt für einen Besuch ideal.
