Wir haben ein Wellnesswochenende hier verbracht und unsere Erwartungen wurden definitiv übertroffen. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön und die Auswahl an Saunen top. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war großartig und das Menü abends ebenso. Wir kommen selber aus der Gastronomie und legen großen Wert auf Kulinarik, und wir können nur sagen, wer da in der Küche tätig ist hat definitiv ein goldenes Händchen

Super Hotel mit sehr schöner Lage..die Freundlichkeit der Service Mitarbeiter im Restaurant und der Bar sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die besonderen Saunaaufgüsse mit Walter sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit.

Basically a good hotel, but skiing area not so good and quite dull city. But if you are for a nice well equipped sauna/spa area and nice dining, then the hotel in itself is really nice.

Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Personal extrem freundlich. Der Spa Bereich ist wirklich top. Essen sehr, sehr gut und es wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Ein Yoga Retreat ist in diesem Hotel auch sehr empfehlenswert.

Bad food and old fashion sheets in the beds
Terry sheets in bed in a 4 star hotel is not acceptable.
The dinner menu is far from acceptable, small or no variations during 7 evenings. Meet or fish to choose between, all fish was small thin rectangular pieces with skin on, looks exactly same shape and fabricated. Skin was soft no crust and not eatable. The vegetarian and the vegan food was exactly same dish 5 of 7 evenings, variation was tomato- or gorhonzola sauce.
Not one single dinner we got a typical dish from Austria, not even a local desert was from Austria! There was not one day with pasta or rice.
I even have to send back old ham from the saladsbufet, it smelled bad, same ham was already served at breafast and come back as mixed salad.
We decided to eat at another restaurant, when we realized that the hotel took old food and served it again. They need to change headchef and replace with creative headchef working with the menu.
Do not pay for halfboard at this hotel, eat elsewhere.
