이 호텔은 칼스루에 중앙역에서 S1 기차를 타면 마지막에 종착역 앞에 있습니다. 산 위에 있어서 조금 언덕을 올라가야 합니다. 하지만 아파트먼트에서 숙박했는데 가족 여행으로 가장 훌륭한 숙소가 될것 같습니다. 온천이랑 수영장도 있어요!

Man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Bad Herrenalb. Unser Superior DZ war wunderbar gross, mit grossem Balkon. Es war sehr ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und die meisten haben Spass bei der Arbeit. Die Küche liegt im 5-Stern-Bereich ＞ Hervorragend! Angenehme Atmosphähre allgemein. Bei der Ankunft wurde unsere Buchung nicht gefunden, weil die Namen vertauscht waren. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (Auszubildende) wirkten teilweise unbeholfen, auch in Bezug auf das "Osterprogramm". Was gar nicht geht: Im Ostermenue waren die Speisen nicht so aufgeführt wie ausgeliefert. Täuschung des Kunden! Bei der Vorspeise und beim Dessert fehlten Zutaten, welche angegeben waren. Es gingen auch z.B. Weinbestellungen vergessen. Im Frühstücksbereich wäre eine zweite Kaffemaschine angebracht. Es gab oft lange Wartezeiten für einen Kaffee. Bar: eher ungemütlich, nicht einladend. Der SPA Bereich ist nicht "4-Stern plus würdig". Allgemein sehr veraltet. Der Whirpool viel zu klein. Auch Sauna und Dampfbad sehr klein. Sauna: veraltete Türen, "verbrauchtes" Holz. Dampfbad: Rost am Eingang und im Innenbereich auch sehr veraltet. Nachmittags um 15.30 Uhr musste ich Becher und Getränke nachbestellen, weil alles aufgebraucht war. Hier besteht Sanierungs- und Verbesserungsbedarf.
