Meine Frau wollte schon lange einmal in dieses Hotel, der Preis war für uns aber immer zu hoch. Zum zehnjährigen Jubiläum haben wir uns den Traum trotzdem erfüllt – leider wurden unsere Erwartungen enttäuscht. Wir hatten bereits im Oktober letzten Jahres gebucht und bei der Reservierung ausdrücklich um ein schönes Zimmer mit Bergblick auf einer höheren Etage gebeten. Bekommen haben wir zwar ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage, aber mit Blick auf eine Wand. Ähnlich beim Abendessen: Ja, man gab uns einen Tisch am Fenster – jedoch seitlich in einer engen Ecke. Es wirkt, als ob unsere Wünsche nur formal, aber herzlos erfüllt wurden. In Russland gibt es dafür den Ausdruck „на отвали“ – ungefähr „macht es irgendwie, damit man Ruhe hat“. Genau so haben wir uns gefühlt. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse hätten wir mehr Herzlichkeit, echtes Eingehen auf Gäste-Wünsche und ein besonderes Gefühl zum Jubiläum erwartet. Schade, dass aus einem geplanten Highlight ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis geworden ist.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Mai dort und fanden wunderschöne Wanderwege vor, das Hotel bot umfangreiches Sport-und Wellnessprogramm, gute Küche und einen zuvorkommenden Service. Zimmer sehr großzügig ( juniorsuite) mit Terrasse und Blick auf die Berge.

Vom ersten Kontakt bei der Buchung bis zum Bezug unseres Zimmers wurden wir freundlich beraten und empfangen. Sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit hervorragenden Betten und mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die grandiose Umgebung, in der man viel unternehmen oder einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Der Bad- und Wellnessbereich bietet jedem etwas. Garage ist geräumig, auch ein geschlossener Raum für Bikes inkl. Lademöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Die Freundlichkeit und das Bemühen aller Mitarbeiter:innen um das Wohl der Gäste ist beispielhaft. Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, leider erfüllt die Küche am Abend die Erwartungen nicht, die man an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie stellt. Hier bestünde Handlungsbedarf, auch wenn viele Gäste trotz dieser Schwäche immer wieder kommen.

Très bon séjour dans un établissement accueillant, très confortable, très bien équipé (parking couvert gratuit, très belles piscines, intérieure et extérieure...), belle chambre spacieuse avec balcon donnant sur la montagne et la piscine extérieure, très bon et copieux petit déjeuner, bon dîner avec choix. Le personnel d'accueil est très aimable, celui du bar et du restaurant est fort sympathique, dévoué et aux petits soins.

Superhotel mit Spitzenlage
Hotel liegt in aussichtsreicher Lage umgeben von Vielen Wanderwegen mit großzügigen Wellnessbereich und riesigen Aussenpool! Im Bademantel kann man sich im Hotel frei bewegen! Service top und Zimmer sehr gepflegt und modern! Eine ideale Kombination von Wandern und Wellness!

Super sted, vi landede ved tilfælde. Stedet er kun for voksne. Deres morgenmad er fuldstændig overdrevet & vantittigt lækkert. Der var fyldt op med voksne, som nulrede til yoga, eller tog en driks, i opvarmet pool,fra kl 7. Ren idyl.
