Frühstück war bis 10.30 Uhr aber oft um 9.30 Uhr war vieles leer und wurde erst auf Verlangen aufgefüllt. Abendessen hatte ich einmal im Hotel daher kann ich es nicht richtig bewerten.
Zimmer, Personal und Wellnessbereich waren super!

Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel. Leider hat es etwas nachgelassen. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, beim Whirlpool blättert die Farbe schon komplett ab. Das Essen ist in Ordnung aber leider fehlt es hier auch inzwischen immer mehr. Andauernd war alles aus, nach 45 Minuten von angeblich 2,5 Stunden Essenszeit gab es bereits einiges nicht mehr. Beim Frühstück stand man oft ewig bis Dinge wie Saft nachgefüllt wurden. Für ein 4S Sterne Hotel ist das leider auch in der Preisklasse etwas zu wenig. Das Personal war dafür sehr freundlich und alles war sehr sauber!

Das Hotel ist in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Das Essensangebot (Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet) ist sehr dürftig und wird lieblos präsentiert. In früheren Zeiten waren beide Speisenangebote immer ausgezeichnet. Es fehlt der 4 Sterne plus Service an allen Ecken und Enden. Das Personal (meist tschechische Staatsbürger) ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Der Spa Bereich ist ok, aber auch sanierungsbedürftig.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.Wir kennen das Hotel bereits seit einigen Jahren und es hat immer 4 Sterne S verdient, Dieses mal jedoch nicht.Wir bekamen im Spätherbst ein Angebot als Email vom Hotel.Das haben wir gerne angenommen.Es war sehr entäuschend für uns. Das Büfett war nicht mal mehr die Hälfte gegenüber den Jahren vorher.Es war alles sehr lieblos hingelegt.Alles sehr billiges Essen und nicht wirklich gut.Ebenso gab es auch keinerlei Sportangebote wie zugesagt.Bei der Abreise sagten wir das auch an der Rezeption und es wurde uns gesagt, dass das Hotel keine 4 Sterne S mehr hat. Mit Recht.Wir werden nicht mehr hinfahren.

Hotel ok - Parkplatzsituation dürfig
Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück super, Fitness-Bereich vollständig ausgestattet. Aber:
kein Parkplatz im Hotelbereich verfügbar!!! Besonders lustig: Rezeption empfiehlt Parkgarage im Partnerhotel "Das Maximilian" (fußläufig 5 Min.).
Da kann kann gleich dort übernachten, weil direkt im Thermen-Zentrum.

Stark nachgelassen hat das Hotel am Abendbuffet sowie im Wellness Bereich. Preise an Bar überhöht. Waren enttäuscht waren schon mehrfach vor Ort. Wellness Bereich überfüllt, schmutzig und Luft außer Betrieb daher für beeinträchtige Gäste unerreichbar Personal überfordert, Essensauswahl enttäuschend so wie Qualität. Wir waren als Stammgäste im März 2024 im „Das Ludwig „ und entsetzt, wie schlecht das Hotel geworden war. Nach einem sehr konstruktiven Kritikgespräch mit dem Hotelmanager haben wir jetzt noch einen 2. Versuch gewagt. Und: Es hat sich alles, vor allem Frühstück und Abendessen DEUTLICH VERBESSERT! Auch bzgl Sauberkeit und Nachtruhe ALLES im grünen Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
