We arrived an hour before the normal check-in time and found the reception unoccupied. In the adjoining restaurant "Quartier" we received friendly information about when someone would be there. Since the hotel has an idyllic walking path into the town between the park and the clinic, we were able to look around there in the meantime. Back at 3 p.m., check-in was very friendly and quick. Since our rooms were on the 4th floor, we went up in the large, modern and talking elevator :o). We had two rooms next to each other - one with a balcony, one without; otherwise completely identical. The rooms seemed newly furnished. Everything was super new and spotlessly clean and very nice! Like something out of a hygge living catalog. A complete kitchenette with dishwasher, hotplates, refrigerator and dishes, plus a small seating area and a small table with two chairs. The bed was very comfortable - mattresses not saggy in any way; pillows and blankets good. There was also enough space next to the beds. There was also a wardrobe/closet with enough storage space. The suitcase also fit and was not in the way. We were surprised by the size of the balcony... really big! In addition to 2 chairs and a table, there was a sun lounger and a footstool. The only drawback: no sun protection and/or privacy protection... we could have used that; we couldn't bear it that way that day. In addition, you sit next to each other within sight and hearing distance and the cigarette smoke - if someone smokes - drifts into the room if you're unlucky. Breakfast is served in the "Quartier" restaurant. There's nothing left to be desired. Everything is well presented... various sausages and cheeses, salmon, tomatoes with mozzarella and fresh basil, various salads. We've seen much less on offer. The very cheerful and infectiously good-humored staff are worth mentioning.

Modern hotel, also for longer stays. Different guests, holidaymakers, seminarians, business travelers. Very friendly staff at reception, in the restaurant and in housekeeping. Beautiful, large and modern rooms, some with balcony. Sitting area, desk, refrigerator and kettle with tea and Nescafe. Safe. On request, the kitchenette can be activated for currently €35. View of the spa park and Paracelsus Clinic, or of a quiet street. Free parking in front of the building. Very good breakfast with a large selection, including two types of salmon, two types of very decent scrambled eggs. Coffee from a thermos flask or, on request, preparation of coffee specialties. Restaurant with breakfast, lunch, coffee, and dinner from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Reasonable prices. ./. Official arrival from 3 p.m. However, the reception is no longer manned from around 1 p.m. Shortage of staff? Check-in then in the restaurant, but processing was unproblematic. Safe could not be used because key could not be found. Apparently no one noticed until then. Overall a very nice short vacation.

Super fint sted med den lækreste restaurant på stedet. Super lækker morgenmad med stort udvalg.

Super Zimmer Mega moderne ,saubere,Zimmer. Parkplatz,Fahrstuhl,Balkon 1 A. Frühstück mega Auswahl 5Sterne + Service Rezeption sehr nettes Personal. Es war sehr ruhig Nachts,trotz offener Balkontür. Klare Empfehlung von uns!!! Viele Dank😘

Die zimmer waren prima sehr sauber alles. minus punkten waren 5 tagen lang a la carte essen ipv das halbpension gebuchte essen so hat mann die speisekarte hoch und runter gegessen .Auch mit silvesterabend kein extra menu oder angeboten nicht mal weiss gedeckte tischen in algemeine nicht echt festlich grosses minus punkt.mann hat gemerkt das personal wollte schnell auftischen mit hilfe von kuechenpersonal und feirabend machen. personal war wohl freunlich, wohl bemerckt Bei unsere booking stand dort feuerwek freie zone ,leider NICHTS von gemerkt war laut und nicht geeignet fuer hunden obwohl extra damit geworben ist und wir deswegen aus der niederlanden und leverkusen angereist sind
