No go. The photos look good - the reality is really different, that’s no luxus - just all very vulgar. The room was hyper old, dirty, loud. Not was it shown on internet. A real disappointment.

Great spa hotel but rooms need improvement
The Spa/Swimming areas are amazing. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help. Dinner food ok. Breakfast excellent. Rooms are dated and poorly furnished. Nice area.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights as part of a month long car trip to Bavaria and France. This was a lovely hotel, stylish and nicely furnished throughout, friendly staff, excellent spa and very good food ( wide variety, even for a vegetarian like myself). We would definitely recommend and hopefully would revisit one day. The half board suited us very well. There are lots of places to visit nearby and the spa an absolute delight (very high standard).

Delightful place to stay. Friendly helpful staff, stylish hotel that was in acutely clean. And fantastic spa. Food in restaurant was excellent and varied.

Wunderbares Wellness-Resort das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Sowohl die Zimmer, der Wellnessbereich und natürlich das Fine Dining am Abend, alles hervorragend. Und das herzliche Personal gibt einem schon ab Betreten des Hauses sofort das Gefühl im Urlaub angekommen zu sein. Entspannte und familiäre Atmosphäre auf höchstem Niveau. Tipp: die Saunaaufgüsse sind ne echte Klasse für sich!

Das Hotel hat über alles gesehen bei weitem keine 5 Sterne verdient. Der Wellnessbereich kommt den 5 Sternen noch am nächsten. Die Rezeption passt eher zu einer Landpension, das Personal war gut. Das Essen war gut aber nicht sehr gut. Das Personal unerfahren, unaufmerksam und Vergesslich. Die Zimmern im Haus Anger auch nur Pensionsniveau. Die Dusche sehr klein mit einen Waschbecken und kaum Ablageflächen. Die Balkongeländer fast am verrotten, keine Farbe mehr dafür Moosansatz. Die Balkontür lies sich nur mit einem Tritt gegen den unteren Rahmen schließen. Reklamationen wegen eines schlecht funktionierendem TV blieben auch nach 5 Tagen unbearbeitet.
