Erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk, zeer ruime kamer, modern en sfeervol ingericht. Hele mooie plek om erop uit te trekken met e-bike of lopend. Het hotel ligt net buiten Bad Essen op een helling met veel bos. Volop parkeer gelegenheid. Bad Essen is de moeite waard, Enzianhutte is zeker een aanrader om eens te bezoeken.

Das Hotel Müllers im Waldquartier ist ein sehr angenehmes Hotel mit sehr netter, geradezu relaxter Atmosphäre in einem gut sanierten historischen Gebäude am Waldrand. Ich war bereits dreimal zu Gast und jedesmal begeistert. Die Zimmer haben eine passende Größe, sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügen über bequeme Betten. Selbst zu Straße hinaus ist es sehr ruhig. Seit ca. Mitte 2023 hat der Inhaber, der seine Rolle als Gastgeber sehr ernst nimmt, auch das Restaurant übernommen. Jetzt finde ich das Frühstücksbuffet noch besser als vorher schon. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Schöne Räumlichkeiten, nett eingerichtet, gutes Angebot an Speisen und Getränken. Vegetarier und Veganer werden ernst genommen und nicht diskriminiert. Man kann auch Wünsche äußern, wenn etwas auf der Speisekarte fehlt oder man den "Woddelpott" gerne vegan genießen möchte. Überhaupt wird man hier als Gast sehr nett behandelt und kann sich dementsprechend wohlfühlen. Ich freue mich schon auf meine nächste Wanderung in den Essener Bergen, bei der ich selbstverständlich wieder im Waldquartier übernachten werde.

Un hôtel retiré au calme mais proche des infrastructures quand même. Grandes chambres très confortables, petit déjeuner copieux et personnel très dévoué. Grand parking gratuit. Sachez juste que les ondes GSM ne passent pas, mais l'hotel dispose d'un WiFi gratuit.
