Selfservice check-in vooraf. Hotel is oud en wat gedateerd, maar schone, functionele en ruime kamers. Hotel is handig gelegen op loopastand van het stadje. Hotel heeft parkeermogelijkheid.

Das Hotel ist sauber und verfügt über kostenlose Parkplätze.Die Stadtmitte erreicht man zu Fuß und ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Rezeption war leider nicht besetzt und die Zugangskarte für das Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Das wurde telefonisch durch einen Chip ersetzt und wir konnten damit die Tür aufmachen. Ich finde es ungewöhnlich dass kein Personal anwesend war. Sonst war alles super.

Absolutely abysmal experience with this hotel. I never had a situation like this before. When we arrived the windows were wide open, 7 degrees outside and the heating was not working at all. Needless to say we could not stay over the night. We understood that our room was not the only one in the hotel with this issue but because the hotel was booked we were not given another room. We tried contacting the property and kept receiving the same answer that somebody will come. Three hours later nobody came, and we were forced to find another place to stay. We are now 1 month away from this situation, the hotel is ignoring our messages and the only reply we get over the phone is that the situation will be solved. You can draw your own conclusions but from my point of view this hotel shouldn't be allowed to receive guests. If you do make a reservation here in the cold season, bring a heater with you just in case. I would rate this hotel zero stars if it would be possible.

Please note: I visited in 11/23, but unfortunately, that time frame cannot be selected. Excellent value for the price! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful, and everything worked smoothly. For what I paid, I couldn’t have asked for more. Would absolutely stay here again!

A faded grand hotel
Fairly run down maybe its a work in progress? Felt a bit like a hotel that Scooby Doo and the gang might end up in! Breakfast not great on the day we were there i think they may have been caught out. A faded grand hotel . It will do but might be worth looking around . Easy walking in to town

No staff at all at the reception. In the information part states check in from 1500-1900 however did not have anyone there since 1800. Could not find anyone in the reception on Monday business hours too.
