Stayed for 3 nights during a very cold spell. The accommodation was clean, warm and comfortable. There was a shower room with plenty of hot water, good towels and nice toiletries. Breakfast was nice with a selection of breads, cold meats and cheeses along with cereals, fruit etc. The only negative I have is the pillows had no support, although I have found this quite common on the continent. All in all good accomodation lovely staff and I am happy to recommend it.

Wir waren im Zuge einer Motorradrour im Schwarzwald für 1 Nacht im Gästehaus Gisela. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist neu renoviert , die Betten total bequem. Motorradfreunde willkommen, genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Telefonisch ein Einzelzimmer bestellt für 60€. Zusage. Minuten später Rückruf, es gibt nur noch Doppelzimmer für 80€. Ich sage zu unter der Voraussetzung, dass dann das Frühstück kostenlos dazukommt. Wird akzeptiert. An der Unterkunft angekommen wird Vorauskasse verlangt, 80€ plus Frühstück 10€. Man weiß nichts von einer Abmachung und kostenlosem Frühstück. Ich verzichte unter diesen Umständen. Der Besitzer, der mit der Pizzeria gegenüber verbunden ist wird gerufen. Da wird eine Stornogebühr fällig. 80€. Ich bezahle nicht, da wird gegeiert, dass die Rechnung zu mir nach Hause geschickt wird. Ich verlasse das Haus. Der Name Gisela impliziert eine schwäbische Unterkunft. Fakt ist, dass das Haus uralt und in ausländischer Hand ist, mit muffigem Geruch, der mit übelriechendem Duft übertüncht wird. Mobiliar Jahrzehnte alt, alles billig aufgemotzt. Die negativen Beurteilungen anderer Gäste treffen zu. Finger weg!
