"The breakfast buffet, prepared by two very attentive staff members, deserves special mention. Thank you for that. The arrival, handled by the hotel manager, was unsatisfactory. He lacked any friendliness. My single room was very poorly heated. I was offered a radiator. Dinner in the restaurant was a disappointment. Dry pork tenderloin (€26), side of fries (€4). The price-performance ratio is not right. A glass of Dornfelder (€8), an espresso (€4). It's a real shame that the quality has declined so much. This was my third time staying here. The service used to be excellent and not unfriendly like the manager. Next time I'll choose a different hotel. But next time I will choose a different hotel."

"Lovely classic hotel with very comfortable rooms, a great spa facility and and incredibly helpful and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet is complete with something for every taste buds. Quiet, very clean and centrally located. We will return"

"The hotel enjoys a great central location with free parking for about ten cars (it's best to arrive early). Our main satisfaction is the cleanliness of the establishment. The comfort of the rooms is satisfactory except for the bathroom whose plumbing dates back to the 60s but they are very poorly soundproofed. The breakfast is also good but we would have appreciated a small pastry as is done elsewhere. The breakfast room is not large enough for the number of guests and some had to wait (here too it's best to arrive early). On the other hand, we did not appreciate at all that the young receptionist (manager?) who was so friendly when we arrived made unpleasant remarks to us in the afternoon because we wanted to take photos in the hotel? Reason why we will not return!"

"We booked a double room with half-board for three nights over Easter. Upon arrival, we had to wait three hours for our room. It turned out we were assigned a single room. I tried several times to convince the receptionist that we had the wrong room (15m² instead of 26m² and a bed of 140x200cm instead of 180x200cm), but she kept insisting it was the right room. After 20 minutes, she lied, claiming she had called me the day before arrival and that I had agreed to the small room........????!!!!!!! According to the hotel, we hadn't booked half-board. After I proved we had, this was eventually corrected. The "cheaper" wines were out of stock at dinner, even though they are listed on the menu. The fish fillet was full of bones!! The next evening, when I ordered a 0.5-liter beer at dinner, I received a 0.4-liter one. The third evening, we had to wait an hour for the main course. The hotel couldn't handle the crowds at all. Far too few staff at reception, the restaurant, and housekeeping. The bill at checkout was incorrect. (Dinner was charged even though we were half board.)"

"Was made very welcome by our host . the room and shower was clean and fresh , the food we had on two nights was very tasty and the breakfast was also quite varied so something for all of us , all in all was very satisfied my stay. We had a dedicated place to park our motorcycles which although outside was very secluded and the town is a spa town which is very quite at the time we visited so next time we might be able to take advantage of the lovely location"
