Excellent hotel for a beach holiday with children. There are also excursions, you just have to go far. We were there in early May. Beautiful, comfortable, well-kept territory, many pools and slides for children, a good playground, children of all ages will find something to do. There were always sun loungers on the beach, the water is clean, there are showers and changing rooms on the beach (although there are few of the latter). Everything is thought out in the rooms. Excellent food, friendly staff. We arrived early in the morning and arrived at the hotel before check-in. I was worried about where I would spend time with a small child while waiting, but there were no problems - our luggage was placed in a special room until the room was ready, and we had the opportunity to change and go for a walk around the hotel grounds. Since the hotel is on a peninsula, it is blown by the breeze, and it is not as hot here as on the mainland, and if you go in January-February, note that it is cooler here. I read reviews about construction next door, but decided to go, and did not regret it. Yes, there is some noise, but it doesn't really bother us. It's not any quieter in our city))). I didn't notice any construction dust either. If you need anything, contact the reception - they respond immediately, although sometimes they may forget about your request, but if you remind them, they do everything, so be persistent. We ordered a transfer from Dubai airport on a separate website and in advance, so there were no problems with the question of how to get there (in May 2025, we went for 300-350 dirhams, maybe there are cheaper options, but I needed to be sure that I would get there with my child quickly and without problems). Pros:
Service is friendly, accommodating and efficient
Rooms are great for the price point
Buffet restaurant was surprisingly good , never bored over 5 days
Wide beach with plenty of pool areas
Sports bar is great, but not all drinks are in the all-inclusive, but has premier league football
Cons:
If you drive you will have to park outdoors under a tree and your car will be covered in debris, no underground parking
House drinks could be better, soft beverages are great though
Pools and beach is overcrowded
Outdoor bars close too early
Restaurants are not included with the all-inclusive except for buffet restaurant, suggest guests staying over 2 nights should be able to book within all-inclusive
Overall, was dreading the booking , but was pleasantly surprised.

Were independent travelers (not as part of a tour package). I tried to reflect all the pros and cons of the stay
+: large and well-kept territory; beautiful lighting of buildings in the evening; live music in the evening in the main restaurant; in the a-la cart restaurants (4 pcs.) it is always possible to find a table without a pre-order and for food in the room I give 5 (quality of dishes and delivery); prompt response to most requests at the reception and housekeeping
-: long check-in/check-out procedure (had to wait 20 minutes for check-in); the level of service in the a-la cart restaurants is 3- (setting of utensils for dishes, temperature of wine, partial absence of signature dishes in restaurants of specialized cuisine); strange system of cleaning rooms (sometimes at 17-00, sometimes at 11-00; they can forget to renew drinking water)

The hotel is located on the beachfront. It is a massive hotel with lots of activities to do which includes 5 swimming pools, spa, beach football and volleyball, small waterpark and gym as well. We had a fantastic staycation. The buffet breakfast was amazing with great Indian vegetarian options as well. Overall I had fun and would really recommend it to anyone planning their trip to Marjan Island, Ras al Khaimah.
