The parking lot is directly at the house. Villa Wauzi has a small park with a barbecue and seating area, as well as storage space for bicycles. The neighboring building belongs to the holiday complex. In this apartment house there is a fitness studio as well as a Finnish sauna, steam sauna and an infrared heat cabin. You can use the newly opened cosmetic studio with foot care at any time. The equipment of the apartment "Nordstern" leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has a large double bed 180 x 200 cm in the living and sleeping area, a large single bed 100 x 200 cm in the separate sleeping area and an extra bed for a fourth person. A cozy seating area for 4 people and a sideboard with satellite TV complete the living area. The kitchen area has two cooking surfaces, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery.
