I received a very warm welcome at Pu Luong Jungle Lodge. The staff is very friendly and kind. They make sure we have a good stay. They also provide all the information on what to do in the area, which is really good. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by rice fields. The pool is very beautiful. I was able to check in early and check out a little later to have it until my departure time. This was very kind of the staff.

The service is good, communication is smooth, and basic requirements can be met. The breakfast is very good. Compared with other places to stay, the surrounding scenery is good. It is quite pleasant to rent a motorcycle and drive slowly. Two nights is enough to stay in this place. The after-sales service when booking a hotel on Ctrip is really good.

The staff was wonderful very nice and friendly and helpful.thw place is amazing.the rome is clean but with mold at the rooms their for smelly.but you have everything there the hosts is so nice the father ecfely and all of them .has pool such a wonderful view like being at heaven

Le cadre est superbe et le personnel très sympa. 2 jours d’excursions riches et très bien organisées avec Tiep notre guide, à un prix très raisonnable. On a même eu droit à un spectacle traditionnel. Transferts disponibles et bien organisés depuis Hanoï .
